Mitch did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. This was the first time I had had a water heater fail so the flooding was not what I expected. I called Mitch and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. His price was fair and he offered to shift his schedule around and install it the same day! Within 4 hours of me calling him I had a beautifully installed new water heater and my house was back to functioning as normal! You really saved the day Mitch!

Moved to Nashville recently and had a clog in my kitchen drain. I am really glad I came across John - he was great, and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues. He was able to schedule an appointment very promptly and was able to fix the drain issue very quickly. He was great at explaining the issue and how to prevent it in the future - he clearly takes his craft seriously and is very knowledgeable. During the process he also provided general tips about drains and drainage and ended up helping us get parts for and install a mixing valve to solve an issue we were having getting hot water more quickly circulated to the bathrooms in the back of our house (our water heater is in the front of the house). It is a game changer. Highly recommend!

First they almost uninstalled the wrong system. Then they uninstalled the correct heat pump and realized they had the wrong replacement. So I went 6 days without any heat in my home before they came back with the right equipment. Now it's installed incorrectly and I have no auxillary heat. I was given no manuals and support only tells me someone will call you with more information soon but never does.The technicians/installers were amazing. Friendly, worked their butts off, and answered all my questions.The higher ups are were this company needs to cut dead weight from.After 3-4 months they finally resolved everything and made this right though.
