The technician, Jeff Rust, was courteous, friendly, professional, and thourough. He arrived at 7:30PM, having worked a full day already, but didn't rush his work, never hinted that he was tired or anxious to get done and get home (which he quite understandably must have).He finished the work some time after 10:30. And after cleanup and paperwork it was almost 11:00PM. While he was efficient in his walking us through the closing formalities, he never once seemed as though he was hurrying through it so he could leave.Because he had been so professional and so nice, just before he left, we offered him a $50 tip. He twice declined to take it, only accepting after we said we'd feel awful about him getting home so late, if he didn't.Jeff embodied everything Hiller could hope for in an employee and his behavior reflects well on Hiller and the work environment they have created.Please see to it that Jeff is told of our appreciation for his thoroughness and his stellar commitment to customer service.Our thanks to you and, of course, to Jeff.Mick and Diana Johnston

My appointment window was between 2-4, the office called and said they were running behind but someone would be there. The guy showed up just before 6:00, he was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. He was very friendly and apologetic for being late. I understood, but they have never made it in the slotted window. Overall I’m happy with the service.
