PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Called 01/21/2021 at around 9:30 AM to get someone to come out and look at a leaky faucet. We were told they would arrive later that day and we would get a call 30 minutes before their arrival. They arrived after 5pm (we were pleasantly surprised we were not pushed to the next day) and fixed our sink with no charge since they had installed the supply line that had failed. I have recommended this company to several friends as they are honest and back up their work.

I was recently trying to determine whether to buy a tankless hot water heater or a regular gas/electric water heater. I also needed to know if it made better sense to buy a water heater with a 3, 7, or 10 day warranty and whether I should buy a high efficiency energy savings one. Okay, so I guess I had a lot of questions. The good news was I arrived at the right place. Jimmy Morton's crew were true educators and now I have a much better knowledge of what to look for in a water heater. They did not try to sell me on a water heater I don't need and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. The end result was I received the best water heater to serve my family's needs. Regan was very professionals and called and text me to let me know when he could get here he drove over 2 hours one way to help me find the leak on a line 3700 feet from meter to the house would use Regan again if ever needed to he marked the leak with marking paint and called the project manager to let them know what he found on his way home he was concerned about if we got the leak fixed so he would know how it turned out because I was going to get my backhoe and dig it out myself and fix the leak I just didn't know where to dig until he marked the line with one color and and the leak in the line with a different color so I would be able to know where to dig with the least damage to the line

11-03-2021 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you my sister that was going to have the surgery didn't get to have it before she passed and we have been dealing with the funeral so I just got back to it called 811 to mark the utilities and the phone company said they plowed in fiber right where you marked it so when we dug up the line you could see where you marked the leak so we repaired the spot you marked and replaced the PRV and turned on the water at the meter the wheel didn't move at all so you found the leak for me there is no way I would have been able to find the leak in the 3700 foot line without digging it all up so Thank You for saving us the money of replacing the whole line I will be recommending you to all my friends & family if they want to find the leak

We had a great experience with Mitch at Exclusive Plumbing Service. We have a new build where it seems some corners were cut with the pipework by the water heater, and Mitch was able to fix all of that with ease. His pipework looked super clean and like a quality job. We had a circulator pump, and expansion tank replaced as well. During his process, Mitch explained why certain components needed replacement based on his findings, and what could wait to be repaired. He wasn't pushy at all. His communication was top notch. He wore a mask to keep us safe and shoe covers when he came inside the house. He answered ALL of my questions. He's a really professional, honest, quality plumber. My outside spigot was shooting water into my crawl space. The technicians came out and quickly identified and fixed the problem.
