Called them on a Sunday for a badly clogged pipe. The plumber showed up within a hour and crawled under the house real quick and then told us we had a major problem because our drain pipe whick was pvc drained into a galvanized pipe and then a cast iron pipe and he couldn't power flush it because it would probably bust the pipe and then said we had to replace the entire pipe system for $1900. We told him we would check with the landlord to see what he thought. He told us that he would email me a copy of the repair quote and also the receipt for the $85 service call, which we received neither. We called the landlord and he had someone else come out and look at it and they said there was no galvanized pipes in the drain and he replaced a 20 foot section of pvc pipe and fixed the problem for $500. I feel this person the company sent out was only concerned about overcharging us for something we didn't need because we didn't know what we were dealing with. We will never reccomend this company.

I have used Weylin's (owner) expertise a few times now, the last being to reinstall a very messed up and backwards water heater. Weylin came out very promptly after I contacted him, and he tackled the job with complete professionalism. I will use Weylin as my plumber until he retires! If you are in the bellevue area don't hesitate to call he will do right by you.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Jeff came out to assist with problem with our water heater. He was able to come the day we called, was very professional, knowledge, and helped us solve our problem. I'd definitely recommend these guys!

I called them out for a visit to address a mildew smell in our house. They scheduled me for the next day with a two-hour afternoon time frame. They called in the morning to say they had a technician available earlier if I preferred. I unfortunately couldn't make it work, but really appreciated that they called with the option. They showed up within the time frame, calling ahead to make sure I was available. The technician had great customer service, was courteous and made sure to put on the disposable shoe covers each time he entered the house. $50 dispatch charge but if they do any work they waive it. Also, the receptionist who answers the phone when you call is one of the most pleasant people I've ever had the pleasure of talking with.
