The absolute worst customer service. So much for spending major $$ on a new unit. One year later it quits working. Repeated calls (5) after being told I was “on the list” to be serviced between 9 am and 1 pm. I pay every month for a service contract and here I sit 19 hours later in a hot house waiting on a tech who “just sat down to dinner in a restaurant “ and told me he just got the dispatch. Thank you ARS. I missed Father’s Day with my dad waiting on service. Been a customer for 15 years. No more. The Worst! Note: I’ll give technician Ryan props for finding the problem quickly when he did arrive.

Hiller was an amazing company to work with over the last week. They were cheerful and felt like we were a part of their family. HVAC replacement and costs can weigh heavy on a family but they walked us through with ease and where fast in their service and call backs. I would recommend them over and over!! Love the feel of the family like service they provided. Weren't pushy to get the sale at all. Really talked through and helped us make the best decision for our family. Thank you Hiller!!

Did good work, but missed appointment time THREE times. Didn't have the right equipment, even though they came out the day before to estimate the job and had to spend 1 1/2 hours going to get a part. They are also a little pricey. The job was done well, but expect to spend the entire day waiting on them.
