Best Hvac Replacement in Nashville TN

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment.
They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly.

A responsive HVAC company. They have changed AC/Furnace for us, water heater, thermostats as well as repairing and drying basement. Excellent, professional service.

So we had our unit installed the day they left it was so hot and the air was just not cooling down the house. in fact it was performing worse than our unit they took out. They came out and looked at did a couple things and nothing no change we gave it a few more days and called them back. We finally saw our vents leaking and our wood floor to bubble so we called Them They ignored our calls for about 3 days and when we finally heard back they said they never got the message from us or from home depot they came back out stated we needed something else and added that and left. About a week after it was still not working the manager from ARS Calab called me and said give us one more try so I did they added the new vents and duct work and that they owed us 550 for not keeping the 24 hour service call window, keep in mind our sales guy sold us on this since day one and up upcharged us from the beginning finally. So they finally come out do that work and my ceilings nails wall nails were all starting to pop out from the humidity this thing was pushing out the vents were still leaking. So we called them to remove it the manager said give us another chance I am going to call the people and see what more we can do. Two in a half weeks later still no call so we call them and Caleb tells us that they are just taking it out and that he can only do it that following afternoon if not they would not have another time to do it but very rude. We were more upset now cause of that and cause it's been over 98 every day with 4 young babies and a new born to be with out air until we can get someone else out was just crazy. At the end they damages our ceiling took all of the duct work out damages our attic and even took our breaker thing from the outside and inside and some other thing the new airconditoner people told us. They said we have never had to install a breaker thing outside before cause they are always there in a home so they just did that to be nasty. Home depot was great the company they used ARS was not.

Josh and Peyton were great. They did an excellent job and kept me informed of any problems with our ductwork. They spent a day getting the 30+ years old ductwork and installed the new today. Really nice professional gentlemen.

They were professional and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Called Frog Heating and Air Saturday morning because of a leak in the furnace flute in the roof. Josh came out inspected the issue, he did a repair on the problem. Josh is always super helpful and explains everything for me. I can always count on him.

Wonderful and helpful people

Today I had my annual plumbing and electrical inspection from Pioneer Home Services. Jeremiah Olsen, David Elkin and Michael were all great. They were very respectful of my home, explained everything they were checking out and looking for. The took pictures and walked me through all their findings and recommended multiple options for service. I have used their service for several years now (formerly Surfin' Plumbers) and always been very pleased with the work and the customer service of their employees.

Jewell Mechanical has been servicing my old Rheem Gas/AC unit for
the last 4 years and it was time to get a whole new system, as my prior unit was 15 years plus, and was rusting out and tired..
Josh came out and gave me a quote and this Monday they came out
and put a new system in!
Josh and the 2 crew guys were just awesome and did a fantastic job,
Putting my new system in and went over things well with me.
The new system is super quiet and just in time for the fall/winter ahead!
I would like to thank them very much for outstanding service and they
cleaned up the area , cleaner than it was before!!

So if want a great company and crew and the 'right' system

Asked the technician to remove a batter alert from the thermostat because we had replaced batteries. The light is back on the very next day.

Mark and team provided excellent service when my air went out over the weekend. They came out looked at my unit and gave me a couple of options. In the end I decided to replace my HVAC. The team came out on time and quickly completed the work. They kept me informed of the entire process. Mark checked in on me later to make sure everything was working as expected. I highly recommend the professional team at Air Trust.

I rarely leave reviews but these guys are awesome.
