Called the office late afternoon but the office was closed but the voicemail leaves the owners number. He answered immediately super nice guy and told me a plumber would be out within an hour. He was here in 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and clean cut and I can't remember his name but I wish I could. Fixed the problem quickly for a beyond fair price. A local Madison company we all need to support.

My old heat pump started freezing up this summer. I initially called Hiller, and they told me it was shot & tried to sell me a new unit, without offering any kind of a worthy explanation.

So, I decided to have Roscoe Brown give me a second opinion. The technician, Sam, came over & walked me through everything, and then got my system up and running again for a couple hundred bucks. He was thorough in explaining the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, so I was able to make an educated decision about my own unit (and budget)...what a concept!!

I’ll be calling Roscoe Brown again when this unit finally needs replacement. I don’t mind giving business to an honest company. Thanks again!
