Company diagnosed and fixed our gas fireplace where we had been quoted high price to have it replaced by someone else. Saved us big bucks and they had to search hard to find the replacement part but we appreciate their hard work for us. Highly recommend Copeland & Son.

Ty was efficient and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was more than fair as the company replaced a part which, apparently led to needing another part. I bought a home in which the warranty was only for a year but the unit is only five years old. He made sure I was discounted. All this to say, I will continue to do business with them based on my experience.

Went disaster struck our hvac unit this evening I was lost on who to call and/or trust (especially with it being so late). Thankfully with one call A.R.S. sent out a wonderful technician Craig W. he could not have more knowledge or polite. He promptly was able to accurately diagnose what the issue was. Craig was transparent throughout the whole process. Now I do not usually post reviews one way or the other. But I was so impressed by not only how awesome the company was to be able to send someone out outside of normal business hours; as I was expecting to be miserable for at least 12 hours. But also with Craig, he was able to be to my house in about an hour, then diagnose/fix/verify the fix in another hour. Overall I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate that they have such a genuinely good hearted and trustworthy technician working with them. They definitely have a new customer for life.

The Hiller team was exceptional. They were very professional and went out of their way to get a new furnace installed the same date as we got a quote. And the installer was even able to find a lost family ring which he didn’t need to do. Will definitely use the Hiller team for upcoming projects.

Butch did a great job of finding the trouble with my Living Room electricity. He checked a few plugs rewired and replaced two plugs, one which was defective and one for precaution. The service is fine now and thanks also for the smoke detector cleaning advice. Kayla was also very nice to speak to letting us know when the technician would be arriving.

My appointment was at 2 and they showed up before 2 (I was still at work). They were supposed to do a tune up / clean my hvac. The guy basically told me the unit is junk and I need a new one. After I declined, he got huffy, took the check and left. Hvac still looks dirty. Picture is how it looked after he left. What did I pay for?

Had a clogged toilet. Tyler arrived and checked pipes to determine where the clog was then gave me multiple options to choose from as to how I wanted to proceed. Obviously, we started with the most affordable option and it worked! Tyler is very polite and professional, always informed me of what he was doing and even left my 13 year old beagle a bag of treats for being such a good helper!
