Best Heater Test in Nashville TN

I called this company for service last Friday right after lunch when my HVAC stopped working because their stickers are all over the HVAC units at my new home. The lady I spoke to said she had to pull my warranty information from the back because it wasn't in the computer and they would call me back. Since I knew if I waited too long I wouldn't be able to get help until Monday I called them back after waiting ~45 minutes. She picked up and said they were still looking over my contract and would call back in a few minutes. Another hour and a half goes by and no call. I called at 5:05 and was sent to an after-hours support/dispatch line that has no idea what warranty I have or if anything is covered and says the main office closed at 4 p.m. I received a phone call at 5:10 from the lady at the main office but it went directly to voicemail because I was on the phone with the after-hours person. The main office person's voicemail said that they could help with my problem and to call back during regular business hours on Monday! Hello entire weekend with no heat. Thanks for the help!

Edit: I almost forgot the best part, in order to keep from freezing to death this weekend I had to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on propane and space heaters instead of spending that money actually getting the problem fixed.

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

Had some hot water problems Jeff came out let me know what the problem was and what was needed to fix the problem. They didnt try to talk me into replacing the whole tank saved me a few hundred.

Donelson Air installed two new high efficiency HVAC units and a tankless water heater. The entire process was quick and easy. Brad Watson (sales consultant) walked me through the entire process and helped me make the best decision for my home. Thomas, Mike, Jason, and Dave W all worked on the HVAC installation and did a great job. Anthony and TJ handled the tankless water heater and also did a great job. The entire installation crew was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate the quality work that was done.

Brian came actually a little early after calling which was great. Brian was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I had several questions and small issues with a complete new heat and air system that Jewel installed almost a year ago. He listened as I described each issue an then checked and resolved all issues very quickly. He was certainly not pushy but I signed up for their yearly service plan. They have been terrific from the first call throughout the installation of new system and follow up.
