Steven responded promptly to our call, scheduled the service appointment within 1 business day, was prompt at the time agreed upon, repaired our in-the-wall pipe leak quickly and effectively, and even referred us to a professional to repair the drywall after the service. Prices were reasonable and exactly what was quoted originally. Completely satisfied and looking forward to contacting Mechanical Standard when we need plumbing services in the future!

The job required overcoming some challenges of having no crawlspace, some changes in the bathroom’s floor plan, connecting to old pipes, and fitting some turns into tight places. He was also great to work with and responsive during multiple phases of construction when we needed help.
