Great customer service from every aspect. I called looking for a quote on how much it would cost for someone to come out and clear a clog in my kitchen sink. The lady working in the office said they could not give me a quote because jobs differ depending on how much needs done and etc., but they gave free inspections to estimate the price. I told her that was fine and I would maybe call back. Then within 30 minutes I got a call from a man named Robert who gave me a general range on prices they charge. Although I wasn't expecting a call back, the woman working the office took it upon herself to have someone call me to give me a general quote. To me this was great customer service! Then I had a man named Steven Brown come to my home and look at my sink. He was awesome! Friendly, willing/wanting to help in whatever way he could, and the most important work ethic to me... honesty. He was honest on ways he could help and provided some home remedies to help upkeep my homes plumbing. This team and their customer service was outstanding. It is highly likely I will always use this company's and team's services.

Weylin Costa is the type of person you would wish all business owners were. Friendly, fare and honest. He came to repair drain in my bathroom and was there 10 minutes. For the price, I would've thought the techs would've put my toilet back together tank top was in the work site area. However, they did fix it properly. Please inform callers it they are not the homeowner all renters will b charge an $85 cancellation fee for coming out if they decide the price is out of ur budget. Start providing a rough estimate of invoices prior to scheduling. Total to unstop toilet $185.00 estimate invoice for next visit $285.00 consumers BEWARE! Do unto others as u would like them to do unto. Namaste

These guys were amazing! They came in and were able to fix our backed up drains within just a few hours. Robert and Brian (sorry if I got the names wrong) were quick and left everything clean when they were done. They were even able to come back the next day when I forgot to have them repair a separate issue with the toilets. I am so happy to be able to use our plumbing again! And on a separate note they were both super sweet to my pets which is always a win.

One plumber from another company tried to say we needed to replace our entire plumbing system for 11,000 dollars. 615 diagnosed a simple fix at 570 dollars, and furthermore confirmed the rest of our plumbing system was in perfect working order.

Moral of the story: Use 615 plumbing. Do NOT use Maynard plumbing unless you want to get ripped off
