Best Furnace Services in Nashville TN

I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks — and my AC still wouldn’t have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks. One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge).

My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately. He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn’t follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, “There’s nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it’s your supply line.” All of this should have been done by the installer (who was also one of the two people who came out before Copeland & Son).

I had a king size headboard, footboard, frame and slats in front of my crawlspace door and a ton of things stored in my crawlspace. I’m sure they must have had to move everything to do the repair. Copeland & Son must have had to move everything in front of the door to get in my crawlspace as well, in order to do their work. They never complained or said anything about it. I couldn’t even tell they moved anything, until I recently went in my crawlspace and saw that they actually left my crawlspace more organized and straightened out than it was. I couldn’t tell anyone had been in my house and my AC was fixed.

Davey, Ty and Austin were a pleasure to have in our home. All three were knowledgeable and professional.

Ryan Gleghorn was a very kind, professional, prompt, and informative. He did our electrical tune-up and gave us sound advice on any potential hazards and provided affordable resolutions. He definitely represented Hiller well.

Kevin came out for an out-of-business-hours call on the weekend when our heating system was on the fritz during two near-freezing overnights. He was very thorough, answered all my questions knowledgeably, and also did some basic diagnostic checks on our coolingbl system as well . Showed up at the time communicated and did everything he could to ensure that my issue was resolved. Would definitely use again when needed!

Craig has done an amazing job and i would recommend asking for hin he is very knowledgeable and he walked me through everything he was doing. I highly recommend asking for craig and he signed ne up for there club kahuna membership.

The guys at Air Trust are amazing! My air conditioning unit went out so I called to see if they offer financing. Not only did Mark come out and quote me on a new unit, they were able to install it THAT DAY within hours! Also, I was able to finance the amount so it wasn't a strain on my finances. I could not have been happier with the service. The whole crew was friendly and informative - I would recommend Air Trust in a heartbeat! Their pricing was WAY below the other company I received a quote from. Definitely give them a call, you won't be sorry. :)

Knows what he’s doing very well he’s very honest and fair with pricing will not take a vantage of you he did several things of plumbing in our newly purchased house as well as replacing our entire HVAC system the price he quoted us beat all the competition and his professionalism in class is top-notch. More than highly recommended and trustworthy.

Work was done in HGI Brentwood by Eli Huff.We had a leak on hot water 1 1/4 copper line. Eli came to see what is a problem,made appointment and came even before time. That was second time we used his services and we are more then happy with him.

We were able to receive same day service! The scheduler was friendly. Porter was polite, professional, and did a great job with the plumbing work. It took longer than anticipated, but if he was frustrated it certainly did not show. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to answer any questions we had before he left instead of rushing off. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
