Donelson Air is legit. Brandon and Chris were amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me and told me things that I didn’t know about my system and I’ve been in this home for 6 years! Great service and pricing is great compared to the other place I called. They definitely have a repeat customer!

There was several issues. Pulled the toilet myself over a weeks time when the technician came out (twice) didn't have the right equipment on the truck, 1 tech had family issues, 1 said it was too late to come by. Really frustrated at this point! Called 1 last time operator said since there was so many issues on there part the service would be free. 3 week later they billed my card not happy with the situation at all, but what do you do except pay it an learn from your mistakes!! Won't be calling them again!!

Technician Ryan Gleghorn was great-explained electrical issues clearly and was efficient. Also seems to really love his work. Another great experience with the folks at Hiller.

Adam at Frog got the job done on just the service fee to come out. I have been impressed with this company two times in a row. I will continue to use them

MY AC WENT OUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND NOT KNOWING WHO TO CONTACT I WENT TO MY HIP DONELSON SITE AND LEARNED THAT AIR TRUST CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND THE OWNER MARK, CALLED RIGHT BACK.HE SAID HE WAS BUSY BUT WOULD COM BY AND CHECK MY AC. I WAS AT WORK WHEN MARKS SON CAME BY AND REPLACED A BURNED OUT MECHANISM. BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW TILL SATURDAY AM THAT MY AIR WAS WORKING(BECAUSE OF HIS BUSY DAY HE FOR GOT TO CALL ME) MARK REFUSED TO CHARGE ME FOR HIS SERVICE. THE PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MARK AND HIS TEAM IS SECOND TO NONE. I WHOLE HEARTILY RECOMMEND AIR TRUST FOR ALL OF YOUR HVAC NEEDS.

I called for a problem with my heat unit. He returned my call quickly. He was on another job. I told him what was going on and he walked me through what to check. He helped me find the problem over the phone and the heat started working. He had plan to come that day. Same day service is hard to get. Take it from me if you have a problem. Call him to get a great person and service.
