Every time our heater would come on we would get a lot of clacking noises. I had three different people come out to fix it and they could not. I called Copeland and Son and spoke to Frank Copeland. He was the first person that actually understood the problem. As a result, he came out to our house, took a look at the problem and gave us an estimate of what would have to be done to fix it. We gave him the job and they did exactly as they said they would do. The work started on time, ended on time, stayed on budget and, most importantly, the problem is finally fixed. PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

I was recently trying to determine whether to buy a tankless hot water heater or a regular gas/electric water heater. I also needed to know if it made better sense to buy a water heater with a 3, 7, or 10 day warranty and whether I should buy a high efficiency energy savings one. Okay, so I guess I had a lot of questions. The good news was I arrived at the right place. Jimmy Morton's crew were true educators and now I have a much better knowledge of what to look for in a water heater. They did not try to sell me on a water heater I don't need and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. The end result was I received the best water heater to serve my family's needs.
