Best Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance in Nashville TN

Have never had an issue with this company before and have been using them for over 5 years, but this year they were pushing more expensive services and when asked if this price included our annual agreement of $180, they said that it did, but unfortunately I took them at their verbal word and did not read the fine print. The almost $500 did not include the $180. Just a warning to always read before you sign. Sometimes we learn the hard way.

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

We have been customer of Maynard Select for 38 years ,they installed the heat and air then and believe or not is still functional ,we have the service contract with them for all those years and i have to say all the technicians have been great ,we are selling our house and Josh was doing the inspection requested by the buyer .

David Moore arrived right on time on a stormy, late afternoon and replaced a part on my central unit, working in the pouring rain. After my call to the company, he arrived within about 30 minutes He was very courteous and did an excellent job in a short amount of time, getting my unit up and running, explaining what the problem was. I highly recommend Jewell Mechanical!!

Had a leak under the house I couldn’t fix and Lee came out about 10:40pm and helped us get it fixed up. Price was a little steep in my opinion (final cost broke out to about $100 per 10 minutes) but the work was quality. Repair took about 40 minutes.

I was very satisfied with the service provided for me by my technician Eli. He was very professional and honest. He repaired many of my plumbing issues including clearing a blockage in my sewer line, repairing multiple leaks on my water lines, and repairing a faucet that had dripped for the last year and a half - all at an affordable price. If I ever need plumbing assistance again, I know who I will be calling :)
