My old water heater broke, so I did what I normally do with this sort of thing and went down to Home Depot to get a new one, planning to watch YouTube videos and figure it out. But after looking at what the job would entail, seeing that there was going to be both solder and gas lines involved, I decided to call in a professional. Jake found time on a Saturday evening to come by to do the job (with his son as his helper, a real family business). They looked over the job free of charge before beginning work, and after a five minute inspection they gave me the price I would pay. It was a little higher than they had said over the phone but there was an obsolete valve that needed replacing -- I Googled 'grease-pack ball valve' and it was totally legit. And the overall price was right.

They handled the job just under three hours and hauled my old unit out of the basement. The installation looks nice and professional. Nice guy, and it's clear that he loves his business -- would definitely trust him again for future work.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

I worked with Seng Vang and he did an amazing job. Our sewer had backed up late at night and he was able to come out the next day at 11am. He cleared the main line, showed me where the block was and explained why it happened (root growth and a “belly” in my main line). He explained that I would need to either get it permanently fixed or have to do it every couple years and what I could do to increase time between blockages.Since he was already here, I asked if he could swap a couple flex hose drains (which are not recommended) and was able to get that done quickly!At the end, he scheduled a free estimate for the next day of what it would take to get my main line fixed permanently.Overall the was super courteous, very clean, quick, and the price was very reasonable for the services provided!

100% would recommend again. We had a couple issues that needed to be fixed to get our house up to code. Andrew felt some of the work was unnecessary (which it was) and called the inspector to confirm that we indeed needed to complete the work. While the inspector had the final say and we did the work needed, it was refreshing to have them reach out and make sure we weren't making any unnecessary repairs and Andrew completed the work quickly and professionally.

The service man from Roto-Rooter came today to service a slower moving basement drain. It's an annual service that we have done of our home, but I found that this service technician was exceptionally well informed on the building codes and the design of our basement drainage system. They also answered some very important questions we had regarding how often to check for the line out to the sewer in regards to tree roots. The company has a great archive of service records for every customer so we didn't have to go digging to find the time frames in which we done certain service in the past. Bottom line: this company and their service reps are at the top of their game, are expert service providers, and are there for their customers. Thank you!!

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

The service we had today at Eye 35 in Lakeville MN was beyond what we could have expected. Bill was beyond helpful and pointed out exactly what was wrong within moments of arrival. He replaced our water heater same day and was SO reasonable in cost. Thank you for getting us hot water back! AND it only took about 2 hours in total.

I called Cichy's to ask about an estimate for a project we were told needed to be done after having our sewer scoped as a result of a home inspection request. Jessica in the office looked at the video with me, and was very patient in explaining what she was seeing and the work that needed to be done given the information I gave her. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. We scheduled Cichy's to do our job.

When the start date arrived Mark showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection of the issue, he determined that due to the placement of lines and city equipment, coupled with us never experiencing any issues, that replacement would not gain us anything in preventing possible future issues. If I would have had them come out and assess the situation prior to scheduling I'm sure I would have saved them time and energy.

I appreciate the detailed exploration of the work and the professional and honest opinion. Mark could have done the work and taken our money with us knowing nothing about how all of this works, but Cichy's staff was honest and showed the highest amount of integrity. I appreciate that very much, and they will be the first ones I call if I need sewer work in the future. Thank you for being a stand-up company Cichy's!!!

Barnabas was able to provide same day service to repair a broken water pipe. He was friendly and courteous and quickly assessed what needed to be done to repair the leak. The work was of high quality and was much less expensive than the quotes I received from other plumbing companies. I would definitely use Harrison Plumbing again for any future plumbing jobs!

These guys are wonderful and absolutely trustworthy! I called Gopher Sewer and Drain to come out and clear our main line after a backup. They came out the same day and on time. Pedro and team were friendly, professional and so informative! They came out with the camera and sent me before and after videos from the clean out. There was an unbelievable amount of roots and they worked so hard to get them cleared out and helped to explain what we need to do for main line maintenance. They have fair pricing as well. We have found our new plumbers! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Gopher Sewer and Drain!
