Best Water Filtration System Installation in Minneapolis MN

I have had them service my house twice now and haven't had a single good experience.

The first time I wasn't given a single quote and then was charged hundreds more than I was expecting to pay for a simple expansion tank replacement on my boiler furnace.

The second time the plumber took 5 hours to replace my water heater and I was charge $200 over the quoted price. This was after I had to go through multiple emails of sending them photos and measurements, all while waiting a week without hot water. On top of that when the plumber soldered the pipes he mentioned There might be some soldering residue in the pipes. Just run the water till it comes out clear and you should be fine. Thanks to the small of amount of residue both my bathroom shower and sink faucet were clogged. What kind of plumber doesn't make sure the water works back to normal, hot and clear before leaving the house? Absolutely annoying that after paying hundreds over the quoted price I still had to go in and unclog the mess their plumber left in my pipes.

Edit: Minnesota Plumbing and Heating reached out to me and talked through the problems and issues I had with their service. Although I still originally had a negative experience, I was impressed that they took the time to correct the issues I had with my experience and act on my feedback.

Wish we could give more than five stars. Fast, professional, thorough, responsive, and very nice people. We've used Jake and crew for two projects (leaky bathtub drain and replacing sewer stack) and would not hesitate to call again or recommend to friends.

Super Responsive, John (3756) was at my house within an hour of calling, polite, and able to resolve the issue under an hour. He cleaned up after himself too, thanks John!

Andrew and Gervy came out and cleaned my main line. The were fast, professional and performed excellent work. I would highly recommend! A+ gentlemen!

Erickson Plumbing, Heating, & Air did an excellent job in replacing our old and leaking outdoor water spigots. I called for an appointment on 6/9/23 and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Brent, was our plumber, was on time, professional, and explained what needed to be repaired. He worked really quickly and took way less time than what we previously were quoted by other companies. Plus, the bill was half of what we were expecting. Erickson’s is now our go to for plumbing! Highly recommend!

Very poor scheduling support. I made an appointment weeks in advance to have an annual service performed on my AC unit. They called me the day before the appointment and told me that they had to cancel and would not be able to come out for an additional two months. I can appreciate that they are trying to handle emergencies first but trying to delay by two months is definitely not acceptable.I definitely would not recommend Genz Ryan if you are looking for maintenance service to be performed in a timely manner.

I had a very positive experience with Peter, the plumber sent out to flush my water heater. He did his job with precision and care plus he was very interesting to talk with while he did the work. He gave me several good tips on maintaining the water heater in the future. I'll request him for future plumbing jobs.

Matt came to save the day this time! He was knowledgeable and got my equipment up and running in no time! I have not had any issues with any service techs. They are all fantastic.

My experience with Andrew was great. He was timely ,professional, quick and easy! He got my drains taken care of and I’m relieved! I’d highly recommend using rotor rooter for your plumbing needs!

Overall, the service tech Andrew was great, 5 stars for him. Reviewed the evidence, determined the issue (main line backup/clog) and proposed solution, had everything ready to act, resolved the issue in 40mins or so, tested it and confirmed.Roto-Rooter as a company claiming 24/7 is pretty misleading... yes, they'll take your call 24/7, but we called with water in the basement at 9:30p on a Thursday night and then had to wait until 8:30am for a call back from dispatch with an ETA for our tech. If we had a real emergency, like burst pipe or water actively filling... they are more 16/7 it seems like, and nothing was done overnight. Pretty misleading. Took off a star on that basis.Otherwise, the service call ins were answered quickly, the two different reps I spoke with were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a good experience.Importantly, our alternative was DIY, which was $90 rental, + driving there to get it if they had it 30mins away, then return it later, then the time to learn how to use it, perform the task, and clean-up, which seemed reasonable for Roto-Rooter to do all that piece for the $250~ difference. That made the decision easier.

This company was great. They met us in our time of need when dealing with a horrible plumbing company through our HSA. John with Piperight plumbing was a breath of fresh air compared to them. He was prompt, had an apprentice with him, and was efficient in repairing our issues. We would definitely recommend this company!

Jeff arrived 30 minutes before the appointment time which was AMAZING because our furnace stopped working during a subzero Saturday night. We woke up to a COLD house Sunday morning. I called Pronto and was guaranteed a service appointment within 4 hours if the call (very welcomed news). I got a text notification with with a little introduction of Jeff the technician and his photo (love that feature). He made the repairs quickly with a wonderfully congenial manner while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was informative and helpful. We are more than satisfied with the service and will work with Pronto again.

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
