Best Water Filtration Installation in Minneapolis MN

The technician arrived on time and sent a short profile ahead with a picture so I knew who to expect. He thoroughly explained the process for the estimate of work, explained the list of options with costs. No pressure was put on to pick any option over another. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and would recommend them for any plumbing & heating needs.

I chose Jake the Plumber simply because I saw one of their vans at our neighbor's house a couple weeks before. I believe our plumber's name was Rick. He was incredibly professional and personable. We had a drippy old spigot and the shut off valve to the outside water was also dripping in my basement. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, discussed potential issues that may come up in the process, and in the end, delivered on his promises in a very timely manner. His work was super clean, my problem was solved, and I was better educated by the time he left. Also, the new spigot is much better than the one I had before. I would hire them again without hesitation!!

Overflow of basement floor drain, when the water backs up into basement with every drain usage, means a call to a plumber.It was 5 pm on a Wednesday night. Upon my third call to a plumbing service, I was transferred to Roto Rooter. It was a bit confusing that is who I was talking to, but after getting a technician call within 15 minutes I was happy. Within 30 minutes of my call, a professional plumber arrived ready to solve my problem. While I could watch videos to attempt to figure this out, this homeowner doesn’t need to tackle this skill.He was able to determine the problem, we discussed the cost for this service and with a trip to the truck was able to ‘snake’ the drain freeing the blockage.My only minor concern was the cost of service, which is the reason for only 4 stars.During the discussion with the technician, I found he was on a regular shift, 2 pm until midnight. While he was called to me, he was waiting on a tool to continue his job, which was outside in Minnesota. He was happy to be inside for my job. Because the technician was not outside of his regular hours, the $430 drain clear that lasted 30 minutes seems excessive. Maybe by me speaking up the excessive charges for all situations that require a quick response can be reviewed and this emergency cost can be reviewed.I will use this service again, but I hope I don’t need to.

Great service. Zach emailed me quickly, and it was a holiday. Maria, the service tech, arrived the next day. She logically went through a problem diagnosis. She Repaired, and recharged the ac.

All professional, timely, positive, knowledgeable and incredible customer satisfaction. I will definitely refer others to them and use them again when needed.

Scott came Saturday morning and fixed a leaky pipe for us. He was amazing! He was very nice, explained everything, treated our house like his own and answered all of our questions. We were very stressed out and he not only was professional, fixed our issue but also just calmed our nerves. We could not have had a better experience!

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
