Best Water Filtration in Minneapolis MN

I cannot say enough about the service we received from John and Minnesota Plumbing and Heating. He came out at the time specified, diagnosed the problem immediately, and within a couple of hours we had a new water heater with hot water a short 30 minutes later. Everything was taken care of right on site. John was personable and professional. It's easy to see why he's been doing this for over twenty-four years. Thank you John and MN Plumbing and Heating!

These guys are fantastic! I called on Tuesday about a busted faucet, and they were able to schedule my repair for Thursday of the same week. I got a follow up call later that day from Paul to get more details and photos. On the call I mentioned I had a new toilet I needed installed, and he said they might have time to do it. On Thursday, Tim arrived right on time with a faucet ready to go. Once he got started, he noticed our ancient water valves didn’t have on/off knobs and offered to replace them. Very helpful! I never knew there weren’t knobs, so this could have been a disaster in the event of a leak. And he even had time to replace the toilet! Pricing was fair, invoice was easy to understand, Tim was friendly and quick.

Derek was great. He was fast, efficient, and gave some tips and tricks for how to avoid this issue in the future. Overall great experience.

I have never hired a plumber for anything before. And I've heard horror stories from people about their plumber experiences and pricing. So I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Dan was able to come out to my house - the day after we connected - to provide an estimate. He arrived on time (I received texts, letting me know he was en route, so I didn't have to sit around waiting during his 2-hour arrival window), and I walked him through my needs: repairing a water pipe and running a water line to my new refrigerator. He then prepared an estimate with three options, so I could see all that he recommended and choose what would work best for my preferences/budget. He got right to work and completed the task the same morning! He was friendly, explained everything to me, and was just a pleasure to have helping me through this project. I will absolutely hire Service Star Plumbing (and, specifically, Dan!) in the future.

Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

Dave was the tech that came out. He was very professional and informative. Unfortunately, I was not able to fix the issue today at no fault of the business. He talked me through the way forward, cost expectations, and their subscription plan. Definitely recommend this company.

Eric B came out to my home today and did a very good job understanding and solving furnace issue. He answered ally questions and explained how the problem occurred and ensured the furnace was working well and safely before leaving. Eric was great and it turned out we shared some hobbies as well! Not sure I'd look anywhere except Dean's when I need HVAC work done in the future

Brian #936 was great. We have had different companies out over the years and they usually just try to get in and done as fast as possible. Brian took his time and did a thorough job. Even when it got rough he didn't give up like others have before. Very appreciative.

Mark is simply amazing. He is knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated. He installed a water heater for me and did an amazing job. He showed up on time and did the job in a timely matter. He offered to come back if anything happens and even stayed to debug a problem I was having with my softener. Highly recommended.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
