Best Water Filtration in Minneapolis MN

I manage a 64 unit, 8 building townhome complex where we recently had a commercial water heater fail. It was on a Friday. I contacted this company due to their proximity to the complex. At mid day they sent a tech out to inspect the unit. By 5 pm they had a new water heater on deck and a plan to return in the early morning for a full replacement, which was completed by ten AM. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Jake is an honest, caring professional. I called about my kitchen faucet leaking badly.

Main floor & lower level toilets plugged & backing up into lower level shower. Got s phone call to confirm technician was on the way. Dan arrived in the scheduled appointment time. He was a great guy & did a great job.Removed toilet, used sewer auger to front of house, pulled out a T-Shirt ( think it got there when we had the bathroom floor tiled, maybe used T to stop the fumes & it fell in). Dan also Re-installed toilet, all works great. He also had a camera check drain to street to make sure it was not blocked,Very satisfied!!!

I was happy with the prompt appointment. All good until he said $430 just to snake the disposal line to the main. Fair would have been $250 since it took 5 minutes. Everything was great accept the outrageous cost for 5 mins. Booo! it went from a 5 star review to an 3 for that reason alone.

The water shutoff valve replacement went better than I expected - thanks Todd. I appreciate the caring customer service from setting up the appointment, sending a text with pic before the tech arrived and follow up available after.

The plumber came quickly, listened to my problem, and went to work. He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix the problem. He worked quickly and everything is working well now. Very happy with the service.

Mike Campion was on time and very professional. He walked through the problem in detail and explained each step of the solution, along with alternatives I could consider. I really appreciated how proactive Mike was in fixing the problem - he actively looked for ways to prevent future problems. The work was done efficiently and the area cleaned spotlessly when completed. I highly recommend Paul Bunyan and Mike C, in particular.

Troy was professional and clearly explained the purpose of the electric audit. In addition to his findings, he incorporated our wish list and came up with several proposals that would benefit us. He answered our questions to our level of understanding, and we appreciated that he did not try to pressure us to spend the highest worklist price. He gave a detailed walkthrough explaining the work done and cleaned up before he left. Troy demonstrated good work ethic and was a really nice knowledgeable young man to have worked for us. We highly recommend him!

I just bought a house and I wanted to get a furnace tune up. I was informed of the $50 or so travel fee but they didn't mention that the cost of the service would be $375 until the tech got to my house. I later found out that that's over three times the industry average cost, and the tech didn't perform a tune up, but a diagnostic. I refused the recommended repairs, the tech said it would cost over $6k and he suggested I should just buy a new furnace. My 12 year old furnace runs just fine, that's why I wanted just a simple tune up.I tried sending an email back to Dean's to get an explanation for why they're charging so much, in hopes that they'll make things right and give me at least a partial refund to bring the pricing in line with industry standards. It's been over a week and I haven't received a reply. I doubt I'll get a satisfactory explanation or some of my money back, but hopefully others will find this information helpful.

Had clogged drain pipes down to the street on a Saturday. They were able to stop by within 3 hours to clean my main drain line and came back with a different crew to snake a camera down my drain to find the problem, roots. Both teams were friendly and professional. Cost a little over $400, higher than I had hoped, but they took care of the problem! Would use again.

Very happy with Roto-Rooter service. Technician (Juan) arrived within an hour of my call. Technician was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and very tidy - making sure the site of the work was cleaner than when he started.If (when) we need service again - we will definitely call Roto-Rooter and ask for Juan!!

My 70's townhome was in need of updating a main shut off valve, 3 new toilets, and a faucet. Mark returned my phone calls promptly, showed up on time, and conducted the process professionally. I was 100% satisfied!

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
