Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was great! They had an appointment available quickly which was awesome. I was notified when the technician was on his way to my home. I received a photo of the technician as well as some history about him which was greatly appreciated. Sometimes it can be a little nerve-racking to have strangers come into your home. John arrived and walked me through what the issues were as well as other information about appliances in my home that I had questions about. He took care of the issue and made sure everything was working properly before leaving as well as go over again everything he fixed. He made sure I didn't have any questions. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to explain to me what I had questions about. I would call this company again for any repairs needed in the future.

I chose Jake the Plumber because of their willingness to discuss potential costs for my repair before making the trip to my house. This was important to me and none of the other vendors I called would even tell me their hourly rate. Stu was great; he explained the scope of work and completed it quickly all while keeping the expense well within the range given on the phone. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. We will definitely use Jake the Plumber again.

Unfortunately the service at Kelly Plumbing has gone downhill. I paid this company thousands of $ for doing the plumbing on a remodeling project a few years ago and was satisfied with the result. I’ve pursued them for months to get them to do the same work at a new property and they won’t even return my (multiple) calls and e-mails. Disappointing.

The plumber's came and repaired the issue in about 4 or 5 hours and it cost a little over $2,100 and was expecting it to cost between 4 and 6K.

Plumbers were friendly and courteous and as I mentioned before they got what looked to be a rather complex job finished in a short time and would definitely recommend this company again.

The job was done quickly and expertly. The plumber that was here knew his stuff. He presented a plan for 8$ a month that would provide significant savings on future work and walked around the house to evaluate the condition of my plumbing. The experience was good except for the cost. I thought that for the amount of time it took for the work to be done the price was way to high. You know though, I needed it done.

First of all I spoke with 2 different women for a tech to visit. They were so friendly and efficient , that I felt good about the company I had hired to come out out for a furnace check up. The tech sent me his picture by email and arrived on time. He gave my furnace a very through check up and replaced a defective humidifier control. I signed up for a yearly check up for $60 and that saved me some money even on this visit. So I think it was a good deal. This was overall a good experience working with Gens-Ryan.

We recently renovated the 2 1/2 bathrooms in our home, and our contractor chose Street Plumbing to do the plumbing work. The projects included an expansion and complete re-plumbing of the master bath with installation of all new fixtures, and installation of all new plumbing and fixtures in the other two baths. Austin and his staff did an excellent job for us... they were on-time, thorough, polite, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. They communicated well, and did a good job of coordinating with city inspectors as the project progressed. We've since used Street Plumbing for an additional project, and will do so again if needed. I'd highly recommend Austin Peterson and his crew for your plumbing needs.
