I had called several plumbing companies before I decided to hire Jake the Plumber. They were the first company not to treat me like I was a complete idiot. They were honest, compassionate and I didn't feel like they were trying to screw me. Timing for someone to come out was excellent! (same day). Stu Maxwell was sent. He was very friendly and easy going, made me laugh and helped educate me about my problem. He also fixed a leaky faucet for me at no extra charge. Jake the Plumber will be my go to plumber from now on!

Had Rich out to install a new water heater and water softener today, which he did a great job of. He showed up promptly, walked through what was going to happen, and was kind enough to ask whether he could come and go as needed through the house to get tools, transport parts, etc. which showed he cared about the experience for the customer. He put down rubber backed mats everywhere he was walking and moving parts, and had tarps down around the work area. When he left there was no evidence that any work was just done there, other than the new equipment of course. He did a good job walking me through the work he did, and what the expectations were of me. Overall, it was a great job done, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

I had Paul Bunyan out to diagnose water backing up in my basement and then hydrospan our main line to remove tree roots. I liked several things about working with Paul Bunyan. First, the communication between the front office and myself as a customer is great. I appreciated getting a call about 20min before the arrival of our service folks. In my case, they arrived at the beginning of their service windows, which was great. They were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem and give me a temporary solution. Then, they fixed the problem two days later. Second, I really like their pricing system: the cost of the service call and diagnosis rolled into the ultimate solution to the problem. Instead of paying $289 for the problem diagnosis plus $1000 for the solution (a total of $1289), they offered to have me pay $1000 total, rolling the cost of the diagnosis into the cost of the solution because I went with them for the service. I thought it was a pretty cool model of pricing. Third, they gave us options for service. I was offered a $500 solution (auger) and a $1000 solution (hydrospanning) for our problem (tree roots in our main line). I appreciated the options! Fourth, the folks who came out to do the work were professional and helpful. Tony, Sing, and Jake all did a fantastic job. Finding good service when things go wrong is always stressful, but I'm so happy to know that have someone great to call in the case of plumbing problems!

Karim was fantastic! We had another vendor come out the other day and priced out a replacement for our HVAC. While Karim provided us a quote (and came in lower than the other), he inquired about what happened when with the AC…he figured out exactly why our AC wasn’t working (something small) and saved us from needing to buy a new system. We will be going back to Genz Ryan and Karim when we are ready (the system is 20 years old).

Paul is a very honest and credible contractor. I am a general contractor and I have to say he is priced very well and just what the GC would look for. He really knows how to satisfy the customer. The only downside is he’s so good that he’s very busy so schedule him out for a bit.

Our plumbing project hit a couple hiccups, but Jason & Dakota worked through them and did a great job! We really appreciate how innovative they were! Would recommend!

I needed my oven temporarily disconnected until countertop was installed. Dean’s was able to send a technician the same day I called and they provided an estimate onsite. The technician, Corey, was nice enough to disconnect the oven on the same day as I called instead of waiting until just prior to the countertop install. Great service. Prompt arrival. Quick turnaround. Overall a great experience.
