Best Sump Pump Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

Came and gave an estimate for work to be performed. Were on time and cordial. However, their estimate came with a sales pitch for their membership that seemed a bit like a scam, and then the actual quote came in at 5X their nearest competitor. We paid their fee for the estimate and wished them well. I'm not saying they do bad work, I'm just saying that I'm not going to pay 5X more for the same work.

Had a very minor sump pump issue. Repair was made in about 10 minutes. The technician was courteous and professional. But, the price for the service was way more than anticipated. $355 (with a $75 discount) for about 20-30 minutes of total time at the house. Probably will not use roto rooter again.

Norblom did a simple job for $115 when another local plumber tried quoting us $1500 for the exact same job. The quality was perfect and the plumber was pleasant and easy to work with. We'll be going with Norblom from now on!

Called 1am on 11/12/18 and got told we would get a call back for the emergency electrician, didn't get a call until 7:30 to schedule an appointment. Seeing it's Minnesota, our house is freezing. We believe our electricity went out around 10:30-11:30pm on 11/11/18. We ended up calling someone else who won't be out until later this morning. If you say you are an emergency electrician and say dispatch will call for an emergency electrician, then follow through, if your not sending someone at least let the potential client know.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

I woke up to my garbage disposal not working and didn’t know what to do. A quick google got me the number for this company and Matt quickly answered and tried to trouble shoot with me before deciding he needed to send someone out.Nick came a few hours later and was great. He was kind and efficiently identified the problem and corrected it. Unfortunately it was my fault and he taught me how to try and fix it in the future before needing to call someone in. He got right to work and even gave my cats some love which they appreciated.I would definitely use this company again. I felt like they tried to limit my overall expense by trying the most obvious things first rather than just wanting to replace it. I’m not well educated in this area so it was nice not to feel like someone was trying to take advantage of my ignorance.

I found a coupon deal in the mail for a three-in-one (furnace, AC, and water heater) tune-up inspection for $44 and decided to take advantage of it.From setting up the appointment to the service, the customer service was excellent. I especially appreciated the advance text and email notifications ahead of the appointment. They even send you a picture of the technician and a map (like Uber) that allows you to track how far away the van is.The service technicians seemed very thorough in their inspection, and went over the evaluation with us afterwards. Although their service was good, the prices they quoted were very high. I think we can find someone else that will charge less for the repairs and/or replacement.

TL;DR We had a bad bleed valve, the problem was discovered and solved the same visit. Matt was friendly and informative, I feel confident I'll come back for any future issues.We had a bleed valve for an outdoor faucet that would not stop dripping. I called, ended up with a time window the next day. Day of, I missed the call but Dispatch sent me a text which made it through. I got additional texts updating me on the name of who would be coming over (which was a delightful surprise).Matt came over right when expected and was able to explain the potential solutions and price points very clearly. Then, he found a way to redo the pipes so the valve access is actually accessible! I was worried this would have to be another visit- but the valve was moved and all pipes properly attached. As a new homeowner, it was such a relief.We ended up getting the club price so we'll be able to get future services at a discount. Though we were very happy to know that it wouldn't renew automatically- only if we wanted to. Thanks for everything Matt!

Very nice. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice, polite and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for even though I wasn't. I would recommend shopping here.

They took a shortcut and gas line under floor joists and attached line to outside wall face. Not did they install a shutoff. Need to now re-run line in order to finish basement.

We have used Paul the Plumber many times. I highly recommend his services. He is fast efficient and his prices are very good. He also doesn’t try to sell you on extra services. Highly recommend!
