I would give Jake The Plumber a zero star rating if Google would let me. Water heater stopped working so I called Jake The Plumber (on a Thursday). They came out the next day (Friday)... BUT all they did is take some pictures of the unit and then they left. They said they would email me a quote (on Monday!) for a new water heater with install, and repair parts & labor, so I could compare the two options. They were definitely pushing the new water heater & install option, even before quoting anything. They said they would have the quote to me by Monday, and this was almost two weeks ago now and I still haven't received a quote or call-back.
To be honest, I was assuming they would have the parts in their truck and fix-it on the spot. It's a newer water heater that gives you the error codes so I thought it would be an easy and quick fix. I guess not!
I ended up doing my own research that weekend and found, in the owners manual, what the error code meant and how to fix-it. Long story short, a new Flammable Vapor Sensor was all that was needed. It cost about $30.00 and I did it myself. No knowledge about anything was necessary to replace this part. A child could do it.
The funny thing is they said they would quote me a new gas valve and burner assembly and that should do the trick if I decided to repair instead of replace. I was waiting for their quote before leaving a review, just to see how bad they were going to rip me off since all it needed was a new $30 part and 5 minutes of time, but as I previously mentioned I still haven't received one yet.
They seem to have good reviews which is why I called but now it makes me wonder about the legitimacy of them. I won't use them ever again! Be careful. I would look elsewhere if it is in regards to water heaters since their knowledge about them seems minimal.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Fast, friendly service. Mike did a great job with the installation of a new hot water heater, and thoroughly explained what was done to bring things up to code. Very happy we called Roto-Rooter.

Alex was fantastic. He was very professional, thorough, and solved our problem.However, the pricing is outrageous. In addition to another charge, we were charged $189 to put a small piece of foam around a pipe, which took less than 10 minutes. I will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs.Update: I was told I would be receiving a partial refund as part of their membership program within about 3 business days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and still no refund. I called 2 days ago and was told I would be contacted by someone, which never happened. Terrible company!Second Update: Alex was extremely helpful in resolving the billing issues. 5 stars for Alex! Customer service and billing/accounting -- 1 star.

Great company. Straight forward with pricing and on time with what I scheduled. Chris was a great tech. He answered all my questions and was very polite.

I had some toilet issues and Jade did a great job figuring out the problem and fixing it in a timely matter. He showed up on time and gave me a call on his way. Will definitely be calling them in the future!

I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

The workers who came to my home were awesome. Friendly, communicated well, and we’re efficient. However, the back office had a TON of communication problems. Parts not ordered, not getting a technician out on the correct day, etc. I was told this would be a one day job and into turned into multiple visits and lasted more than 2 weeks.

Had grout blocking my laundry drain pipe. They cleared it and it works perfectly.

We had a floor drain flood in our basement and Roto-Rooter sent someone out within 1hr from the time We were very happy to have been able to solve this problem so quickly. Our service tech was very professional and friendly. It was a very pleasant ending to an otherwise unpleasant ordeal. Would recommend!

Called to see if there were any openings to be able to come out and look at an issue with a leaky sink. When other local businesses indicated that they were 2 weeks out for service calls.. Priority Plumbing was able to show up within the hour to check things out.

Fast and friendly service. No unnecessary repairs were suggested.
