Best Pipes And Drains in Minneapolis MN

Josh came out a couple weeks ago to replace some pipes in the wall that had cracked and were leaking into my daughter's room. Showed up on time and walked me through each step of the process and kept me updated constantly throughout the job as to what exactly he was doing. Great experience and we will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a five-star experience with Roto Rooter. They were hoping to visit on Friday but weren't able to make it work because of other appointments that took longer than expected. Dispatch stayed in touch with us to communicate this, then rescheduled for an appointment on Monday morning, New Year's Eve.The plumber/technician who helped us — I wish I could remember his name! Apologies. — was extremely friendly, presented our options transparently, and ensured that the faucet he installed was the one we wanted. Excellent service, would call again.

Unforeseen home issues are never fun, especially when it comes to plumbing. Roto Rooter expedited our issue and had a plumber out within 48 hours. Josh did a fantastic job of assessing our situation and uncovering an even larger problem with our main line. Without Josh's attentiveness the symptoms would've persisted.
