I called Roto Rooter to cap and eliminate a hose bib. I was lucky enough to be able to get thg them out the same day.Todd, the plumber, provided me with a quote, then capped the water line . The service was very professional, done quickly and correctly.I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and Todd for your plumbing needs.

I called on Sunday around noon regarding to the clogged drain tile in my basement. There must be at least 5 gallons of water backed up sitting on the basement floor. A 2pm appointment was scheduled initially. Within 15 minutes, they called back and informed me that their plumber is on his way. This was a extremely pleasant news as I had been worried and wanted the clogged drain to be addressed asap. Once they are here, immediately identified the issue and explained everything thoroughly to me. The clearing and cleaning of the drain only took about an hour and everything is working back to normal again. They left my place just the way they found it, clean and free of debris. I was also left in peace of mind knowing their work is garaunteed.

He really does offer service with a smile. Excellent, reliable service. John is someone you can trust to do a job well and for a fair price.

Tech was very pleasant and did a great job and on Saturday.

Sewer backed up. Called Pablo about 7:30 on a Friday night. Said he would be there in 45 minutes. He was 15 minutes early. Was diligent in running the snake all the way out to the main sewer. Ran it until no more tree roots came back. Did a good job, and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgable polite, and didn't talk down to me.

Joe helped us in our hour of need and repaired a leaky pipe that was causing damage and referred us to the cleanup company.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

I've used LeVahn Brothers a few times and they've exceeded expectations every time. Their prices are up to 50% cheaper than the other plumbers I've called for the same job. I just replaced my water heater, the other guys were charging $1,800 but LeVahn did the job for $1,150. The other guys also tried to sell me a new water softener and chlorine removal system. Interesting because I only asked them to quote me the water heater. Anyway, LeVahn has proven to me to be the best plumber in the area and will be the only one I call.

Joe and Kelli were AMAZING at getting out to our house right away to unclog a toilet that our 7 year old had clogged. They are both amazing people and so is their company!

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!

Brad tracked down the source of our sewer fly issue to a broken pipe in the crawl space and connected us with a plumber for a timely fix. Very satisfied.

We had awesome service by Josh from TJK plumbing! We are selling our house and wanted things done correctly. TJK plumbing was easy to work with, scheduled quickly, and worked with us when the city had a very small time frame for shutting our water off. I originally needed a water main valve replaced but ended up needing a faucet replaced and an estimate. Josh was super flexible and able to do everything we needed in the same trip. We would absolutely use him again and would recommend TJK plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

My main drain line was backing up into my basement so I had the Roto-Rooter team come unclog it. They were able to arrive very promptly within 2 hours of my initial call and did great work!! Only giving 4 stars because the price was a bit steeper than I have had to pay in the past for the same service from other companies, but if you are in a pinch and need fast service give these guys a call!

They responded quickly on a Sunday evening. Very professional. Did a great job on snaking my drain in the kitchen and left the work area clean. A little more pricey than I was hoping for but worth it to get my problem taken care of so quickly.

Corey and Todd were great! I had a mainline sewer repair and Corey came out right away when I contacted him. He explained the work that he needed to do to make the repair, both prior to the repair and during the repair process. His quote for the work was competitive and reasonable. He cleaned up after doing the work and was all-around great to work with. I would highly recommend Metro Earthworks!!
