Fast, friendly service. They really helped me out in a bind when the water heater in my rental property was leaking. One call and it was replaced the next day with a new Rheem water heater. Price was reasonable.

I called to get a quote of ballpark figure to remove/install 2 toilets. I was told they don't give quotes but will charge me $59.50 to come and look. While they would put that towards the bill, but what if they're quote is high like some of their reviews show. I find it hard to believe they can't give a ballpark figure on something that should be routine for a plumber. I feel like them coming out and charging $59.50 for something that would take 10 minutes is a way to extort business! I hung up on them!

Needed a plumber after hours on the weekend Jake showed up on time and was able to get my issue fixed in no time. Great work! Would call him again!

Norblom did a simple job for $115 when another local plumber tried quoting us $1500 for the exact same job. The quality was perfect and the plumber was pleasant and easy to work with. We'll be going with Norblom from now on!

Had James and Jordan both at my house. Couldn't ask for a better experience. My wife wanted james( Ashton kutcher look alike) back to service us in the future. And jordan was amazing too. Super knowledgeable and a joy to have us at the home. Will definitely have bonfes back in the future

We've used Erickson for many years for plumbing/heating needs. always very good prompt service. techs are helpful answering any homeowner questions.

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

They were on time, right at the beginning of the window. They solved my problem quickly and explained clearly how I can avoid it in the future. Great and friendly service, I highly recommend!

AJ was your first tech experience and was wonderful and knowledgeable. Next was Greg the salesman a bit pushy but knew what we needed and got us going g in the right direction. Finally we had Chad tech and installer on time very professional love the work he and his crew did. So far very happy with everything.

Chris fixed slow drains, a touchy toilet, a bath/shower control, and leveled the dishwasher. This isn’t the first time Chris has been to our house and without a doubt, his business card will go with us when we move across town in a few weeks. Great job, Chris, and thank you.

We had Josh out today to fix some indoor air quality and comfort issues. The work that was completed looks great compared to the work my handy man husband did originally. I am extremely impressed with the work he provided today along with the courteous services and the cleanliness he showed while working. He took caution to the care of all my animals (dogs and cats) while coming in and out of the house.
