Quick and easy. Scheduled in the morning and they were able to come that same day. Their rep was very polite and helpful and got the job done with as little disturbance to me and my roommate as we worked from home. I will be using them the next time I need plumbing work done!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Holidays are a poor timing for a plumbing issue but Brian with Roto-Rooter came out within 4 hours of calling and helped us clean out a clog in our main line that was to far that my husband couldn't reach woth his plumbing snake. Price was not bad for what the service includes and he guaranteed it for 30 days incase the clog wasn't fully dislodged. Thanks Brian for all your help!

Issue with a clogged kitchen sink this morning. Called Roto-Rooter, was told they would be on-site to correct the issue within two hours. I received a call from Roto-Rooter that a tech was on his way and would be at my house within 30-40 minutes.Tech showed up, explained what he was going to do, what he felt the issue was and went to work and indicated if it wasn't anything more than he thought it was, he would be in / out of my home within 1 1/2 hours.He was spot on - corrected the issue, extremely pleasant & responsive and got the job done to my satisfaction. I would recommend this location of Roto-Rooter for the excellent service we received and the quick response to correct the issue we were experiencing. Great job!!!

Ron the Sewer Rat was fantastic! We've used them several times and they do not disappoint. The online scheduling system was super easy to use and when we had to reschedule, the person on the phone was very helpful. I love that they emailed us exactly who will come out and a bio about them! Trent C. was our technician - he was friendly and respectful. He did a fantastic job and now our sink works again!!

Came home last night to a leaking hit water heater. They couldn’t come out that night but talked me through draining the heater and got me on the list for the following afternoon to install a new one. Not cheap - but expected because it was a Saturday night. Brett was great! Would definitely use again.

Called on Sunday morning for an emergent fix. They came in two hours and fixed it quickly. I waited long enough to make sure the repair is a quality one.
