Discovered a leaking water heater. TJK came out, and had a new one in the same day. The serviceman, DJ, walked me through the options and pricing, took the old one and put the new one in in a few hours. He explained the suggested maintenance and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a leaky valve in our toilet and I found Norblom Plumbing from the good reviews on Nextdoor. I called in the morning, the plumber was on site the same day, and it was all fixed 30 minutes later! They have a very helpful texting system to keep you updated about your appointment which I found really convenient. They offer fair and transparent pricing! I'm going to keep them on hand for any future plumbing needs!

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

After 19+ years of service our furnace quit again, a couple days ago. One call to Home Works and Billy Palm came out immediately. Found a TON of things bad on it. cracked heat exchangers, many out of code gas fitting, no quick fix. Estimates for repair came to 1/2 the cost of a new system. Don was summoned to help use pick a new Carrier heating and AC system within our budget, yes an unexpected investment but I knew it was coming. We were given 4 Temp heaters for the night, they worked great. Brad Claycomb, Dave and Chad were by the next day to do the install and they even let me help, that was fun.HomeWorks are very professional, thorough and a joy to work with. Andrew called before coming and really diagnosed the situation correctly. He had to get a part to repair the leak, and he did so without fuss. He tested it to make sure everything works. I'm very happy with the work.

All the technicians that I dealt with were awesome! They did great work and were all very friendly people.However, the scheduling was a major headache and they sent people in for the same job that was already completed. I think the people doing the the scheduling could probably pay more attention to the notes or listen to the customers. I had to take more time off than necessary in order to get everything done, but at least it was done well and correctly. Overall I would recommend, but the scheduling was a little frustrating.

Bruce was an awesome plumber. We are 3 days from selling this house and we had a major issue. The problem was much more than originally thought and Bruce helped us figure it out and did an excellent job fixing the issue. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
