We called Jake the Plumber after a bad experience with a large plumbing company who had quoted us an outrageous amount for a kitchen faucet and disposal installation. Rich and Meyer came and installed the new faucet and disposal quickly and efficiently, all while saying great things about their employer and the company they work for. The work was 1/4 of the cost we were quoted from the other company, and I could not recommend them more! We will absolutely continue using them for any future needs!

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

I have had same service person (Jason) for years. Goes above and beyond. Knowledgeable and explains everything. Tanya on phones is friendly and responsive.

According to the reviews, excellent service. I would have loved to find out first hand but the person answering the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending.

Wow, these guys are great! I am almost 70 yrs and have never hired a plumber before. My husband (and I) always took care of repairs. Widowed now, and frustrated with what needed to get done, I called these guys. Jody, (a sweetheart) scheduled for someone to come the next day. I was told when he was on the way, along with his name and his picture!! Who does that!! This kid was so nice, respectful, and a fellow Harley rider! He honestly went over and above on this job and the price for what he did was sooo reasonable! Nathan is definitely my go to plumber guy!

When we called our regular sewer drain cleaners, we were told they couldn't come until 24 hours later. When we called Right Away they lived up to their name. Pablo and his assistant came in 90 minutes and got the job done. They listened to what we had to say and followed our advice about our past history with the sewer line, gave us good info as they did the work and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend their services.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Took the time to walk through options and services. Did a great job explaining their thoughts and what options would be value adds. Took initiative to list additional HVAC options that would be beneficial beyond what was asked for.I didn't go with them at this time since we are thinking of expanding the house in the future and didn't want to commit to upgrades that would be replace later, but I would definitely hire them for the larger project in the future we are planning on.

Dave was great. He was friendly and thorough. Unfortunately our problem may be more septic system related than we'd like. But he did his best to make his service call worth both his and our time. We will definitely use Paul Bunyan again.

Came in looking for a roof shovel/rake and the two guys working laughed at me and said few days late on that there Buddy. Not helpful or appropriate. This was my first time stopping in, definitely wont be back.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Quality plumbers and very good at meeting deadlines, and communication. Highly recommended !
