I've had to use TJK several times in the last few years. You never want to need a plumber, but whenever a plumbing issues has occured, they always provide service beyond my expectations. They have done at least half a dozen jobs for me over the years and i cannot thank them enough for helping me in a timely manner, they have even helped me short notice on holidays. Special thanks to Kurt, Ruben, and everyone else who has helped me over the years.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Dan and Gavin were very knowledgeable and informed us of what future treatment might be required due to tree root removal in the interior floor drain. While they were here we had them replace and old toilet that wasn’t functioning adequately. They promptly ordered the toilet and had it delivered and installed within an hour. Cleaned out the old wax buildup and removed the old toilet and everything was clean and tidy when they finished.
We would highly recommend them as they were very professional, courteous, conscientious and knowledgeable.

Came on short notice, earlier than predicted. Cleaned drain 3 times until it flowed properly. Appreciate the extra efforts. 2nd time this year I've used their services. I recommend!

They were on time and reasonably priced.Super professional. We have few pipes were clogged and they fixed them all within few hours. one of the pipe clogged for long time and we had three plumbing companies to try to fix it. Non of them be able to fix it and told us they will need to take down the wall and tried to charge us for than $500. Right Away Sewer and Drain Cleaning only took 15 mins to fix it and only charge for really cheap price since we had multiple clog.

Jon was great. Efficient, professional and used all necessary COVID safety precautions. He even made our next appointment for the very next day to have our water heater drained!Stan was also great! Very knowledgeable and informative. Although we decided not to flush the water heater, he stayed and performed a plumbing inspection throughout the whole house and outside faucets.

An absolute top tier, knowledgeable, professional full service plumbing company. I have an old (100+ years) south Minneapolis house, that occasionally shows its age in many ways. In this chapter of “My Old House”it’s all about the main line out of the house, connecting to the city sewer system. Yes, the guys from General had to tell me the bad news that it needed major repair, but the professional way they handled and solved the problem was, truly, second to none.

Every plumbing need I have, moving forward, will be with General Rooter. Every. Single. One. As I said, my house is old - I’ve dealt with other plumbers over the years. None compare to General. Robert and Jose, you guys really are the best!

Main line was backed up and began flooding the basement. Called at 7:30AM and Wyatt was here by 8:30AM to solve the problem. He's been here twice to fix drain problems and I couldn't recommend him more. Very professional, personable, and hard worker.
