Brian cleaned out my main line in addition to the washer overflow sink. He was very professional. Done quickly but thoroughly. Left the area as he found it. Gave excellent advice on how to keep my pipes from becoming clogged again.

I had a pipe break in the middle of the night. I did a Google search and found First Response Restoration. I called them and they were at my home within an hour. I was very impressed how fast there arrival was. Jeff and his team explain to me how the claim works with my insurance company. I made an appointment online and within 2 hours a technician was helping us in person. They quickly assessed the issue and cost and got to work and within the hour was finished and out trouble was solved! Truly impressive.

There was a time when Roto-Rooter was not considered an honest and trustworthy company. This has most definitely changed. John was professional, skilled and friendly. Got the job done throughly and quickly. Cleaned up afterwards.It’s not the cheapest option in town but if you want some at your house immediately who you can count on to get the job done right, these guys are a great bet.

I originally called Hiawatha Plumbing and a subcontractor from Kens Sewer Service was able to come out within a few hours of my initial call where most companies I called were scheduling the next day. They were up front about pricing when I called so I knew what I was getting myself into and could compare with other quotes.

I believe the technician's name was Spencer. He was very professional throughout. He didn't mind me hovering a bit and asking questions so I could understand what was needed, the likely cause, and recommendations for future as he cleaned the main line in my basement. I also had blockage from my floor drain in my laundry room to the main line. He brought in his own plunger just in case that would be enough to avoid further work. When more work was required he was honest about pricing informing me that if I called them on another day I would be charged the original price for another job, but if he completed the work now it would be half price bc he was already there.
He was timely with his work, explained the steps he was taking, and made sure he used the proper tarps to avoid spills on my carpet/furniture and cleaned up well.
Pricing was good especially compared to his prior experience working with larger companies in the area.
Will definitely call them again and ask for Spencer.

I called Ken and Clog-B-Gone in the morning to schedule an afternoon appointment ( initially 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. ) to clear a clogged main floor sewer drain line. This particular day was snowing badly, all day. Ken called me around the time we had scheduled the service call and informed me that, due to some difficulties on some earlier jobs that his technician would be running late. I have personally done enough plumbing to know that such circumstances are the rule rather than the exception. It was getting late in the day and I was starting to wonder if Clog-B-Gone might have to cancel and re-schedule, but lo and behold their technician showed around 5:00 and augured the main line out to the street and got my drain flowing again. This drain was completely clogged and I was much relieved and grateful that Clog-B-Gone didn't cancel on me, worked late to get the job done under difficult conditions. Will use again and recommend.

RTSR scoped and cleaned our sewage pipe, identified issues and made cost-saving recommendations. They were very professional and courteous, took time to explain what they were doing. I would use them again any time.

Had a flooded basement due to some roots that were affecting the sewer line. They were able to get to my house fast and fix the problem with no hassle. Solid price as well. Fred was terrific and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
