Best Drain Cleaner in Minneapolis MN

Met this AM with Jack to get an estimate. He was very friendly and provided a good overview of options and educated me on the technical aspects of furnace. He did proper analysis by measuring the house and identifying the right btu. Definitely like his approach. He was so patient that he waited for me to finish my work related call in between. He is a great asset for your company.

I called Ken and Clog-B-Gone in the morning to schedule an afternoon appointment ( initially 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. ) to clear a clogged main floor sewer drain line. This particular day was snowing badly, all day. Ken called me around the time we had scheduled the service call and informed me that, due to some difficulties on some earlier jobs that his technician would be running late. I have personally done enough plumbing to know that such circumstances are the rule rather than the exception. It was getting late in the day and I was starting to wonder if Clog-B-Gone might have to cancel and re-schedule, but lo and behold their technician showed around 5:00 and augured the main line out to the street and got my drain flowing again. This drain was completely clogged and I was much relieved and grateful that Clog-B-Gone didn't cancel on me, worked late to get the job done under difficult conditions. Will use again and recommend.

Nick was fantastic! He not only cleared the drain, but went above and beyond to diagnose an issue that has been causing our ongoing problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with!

Al the service guy was great and he took care of the tree roots in my main sewer line in less than an hour!

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.
