Best Clogged Sink in Minneapolis MN

Jake The Plumber did an awesome job fixing my copper water pipes around my water heater and new water softener. The technicians were very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. They also quickly installed a relief valve for my outside water spicket, no better plumber to call in the Woodbury, MN area!

Will is a very friendly & professional tech. He did a great job!

Her Lee was polite and very knowledgeable. He was prompt and did great work.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Quick in responding, friendly and very helpful! One of the best customer experiences. We will use them again.

Called late morning on a semi-clogged basement drain, and they were able to sent a technician the afternoon. Thor was extremely helpful and informative, explaining the problem and all options if the snaking wasn't able to open the drain. Great employee and price, I will continue to use Discount Plumbers for any plumbing concerns.

Serghei did an excellent job of repairing the plumbing in our laundry room. I'm very delighted I came across this company. They are extremely professional, quick to respond, and efficient. In general, I'm pleased with the services I obtained. I will definitely use their services in the future. :)

Had a floor drain backing up in basement and needed immediate service. Called a couple of the bigger names first but they were 1 to 2 days out. Called Cutting Edge and they were on site in 2 hours. Promptly cleaned out my drains and took care of my problem. It made a crummy situation pretty painless. Definitely recommend.

We had repeated problems with a backed-up toilet and had plumbers out many times to clear the clogs. Rob and Jose from General Rooter not only removed the clog but also determined why the toilet was clogged so often. By running their fiber optic camera down the pipe, they found two what they called “bellies,” low spots where the pipe had sagged and didn’t drain properly. This, along with cracks seen in the video, requires us to excavate the cement slab to replace the pipe, and Rob referred us to a plumber they trusted to do the job well.

They could have just cleared the clog but went further to provide a solution to prevent reoccurrences. Thank you General Rooter!

Excellent job, had rotor rooter come out and try to charge me $400 more for an assessment that was incorrect asking me to remove my toilet and he would charge me less. Guy’s came in and not only assessed the job correctly but was honest and reasonable. 100% would recommend and use again. Thanks!

Had a backed up drain in the laundry room, causing lots of water to pool in the basement. Brian came out first thing one morning, took a look, and about an hour later had the issue solved. He communicated everything he was thinking and let me know the issue and how it was solved when it was all said and done. Afterwards, he walked me through some preventative measures I could take to prevent further clogs or plumbing issues.

Had a kitchen drain that needed clearing. They had someone to my place in a couple of hours and the problem was solved. Friendly service and reasonable rates. I don't know about how they deal with higher level stuff than this, but I was happy with what I got.

Poor communication, unexpected charges and disappointing work. Had to call another plumber to complete the job.
