Best Broken Pipe in Minneapolis MN

We called TJK Plumbing to help with some old, shot shower valves. We have previously used them for a drain cleaning. Our tech was very prompt and communicated clearly before arriving, so we knew exactly when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an accurate quote. Most shockingly, he told us it would take about 3 hours to complete the job and he was nuts-on correct. Combine that with very friendly service and that's a win! We will definitely use TJK again!

Brian was great. Extremely pleasant guy who did exactly what he said he was gonna do. Price was exactly as quoted. No surprises and told up front. The work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally.

I had a pin hole leak in my copper pipe that comes out of my hot water heater. The plumber replaced 4 feet of copper tubing that took 45 minutes to do the job. It cost me 650 dollars. I will not be using Roto-Rooter again. I felt ripped off.

Jeff is awesome. We woke up yesterday to a sipping wet basement and had no idea what to do. Couldn’t find any source of water and thankfully after we had called nearly everyone within a 50 mile radius we got ahold of him and saw him later the same day. He worked us in and came out and gave us a totally honest explanation of what’s happening and even showed with his equipment what was going on so we would actually understand the problem. Unfortunately the issue isn’t within his realm of repair but he was able to give us the information we needed. Now we are headed in the right direction thanks to his help! He also went the extra mile to come back to the door and let us know about some problematic landscaping that we had and how to remedy it. If we ever need water repair or know someone who does we will be strongly recommending First Response Restoration!

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with Ken's Sewer. I had a toilet back up and I was able to secure an appointment the same day I called. Spencer was the technician and he explained not only the main problem but helped with a few other concerns. Pricing was fair and he helped educate on the fix. Recently had Cyrus out to clear our drain. He was on time and did an excellent job! I strongly recommend Mr Plumbing & Drains; their rates are reasonable and we got an immediate appointment!

Great job done, excellent customer service. Had a clogged main sewer line they showed up in 30 minutes like they said they would. It took maybe 1hour if that to get the line cleared up and done. Never had to call Roto-Rooter before, this was the first time and they did a great job.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
