Best Broken Pipe in Minneapolis MN

Overpriced, I was told that was because they're master plumbers and therefore charge way more. I was charge almost $1,000.00 to install a faucet.

Came right out on a Saturday evening and unclogged our pipes.

I found our roto rooter repairman (Josh) to be courteous and knowledgeable. He was respectful about health guidelines in this time of Covid and in his actions and he took care of our clogged drain in a professional manner

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Called them to unclog a drain that I had already tried to do myself. Easy scheduling even on a Sunday for service on Monday, prompt arrival at the agreed time even though roads were icy. Mark our technician was great and respected our home by wearing booties and used the right equipment to get the job done! Great job!

I was having some problems with the my kitchen sink not draining and backing up. I called Roto-Rooter and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice who allowed me to make an appointment. A short time later the plumber showed up, and even though it was a bit late at night (10 PM) he was very friendly and very helpful.The problem was resolved and what I like most besides my sink working again was that the plumber and I had some small talk briefly before he left. He was extremely friendly and did great work.I am very pleased with my all around experience!

We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. When we moved into our home, someone at Cichy talked to me about sewer line issues for 30 minutes. They were so helpful, and even though we decided not to do anything at that time, we knew we'd like to use them if we ever needed help. Low and behold our 100 year old sewer line began to fail this year, and we knew who to call. They were straightforward, helpful, responsive and did a great job. Highly recommend! Roto-Rooter was very helpful. I have used them in the past and will continue to call them. They came out when I requested them to, contacting me when they were on their way. They were up front on the price. Once I gave them the go-ahead, he promptly brought in the equipment and unplugged the main drain. After this was done, he sent his camera down to confirm it was all cleaned out. Our Tech was Fred, who was very friendly and courtious, making sure everything was cleaned up when he left.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
