After having our utility drain back up for the third time in a year we needed to get someone out here who knew what they're doing to actually fix the issue and not bandaid it. We found cutting edge on the next door app. I called late afternoon and Chris was out early the next morning. Chris was friendly, clean, and efficient with the repair. This is the second time I have had to call Roter Rooter this year (unfortunately). Although it is never good to have plumbing back-up issues, I am amazed by their speed and quality of service. Today, it was less than an hour from when I called to when they arrived. They don’t just fix it, but educate me on the problem and take their time answering questions. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and quickly.

Had a floor drain that was backing up. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Company communicates well and sticks to appointment times. Service techs are friendly and professional. Service was completed in a timely fashion and didn't cost a fortune.
