Our basement sump pump went out recently, so I called John Anderson to come out and evaluate it. After checking out the area in and around the sump pump, he replaced the broken sump pump and then showed me why it had stopped working. The previous home owners had taken a few shortcuts in the sump pump and bucket installation process. John pointed out what the proper equipment should have been and detailed two long term solutions for us. I was happy to know that John's options were NOT short term fixes at the lowest possible price. Pablo is great find. An honest, hard-working contractor. No hidden fees, no trip charges or B.S. He quoted me $135 for a clogged kitchen sink and that is exactly what I paid. He ran the auger all the way to the main and cleared a very deep, stubborn clog. When you're tired of playing games with other contractors, call Pablo.
