Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Called for appointment and they were available same day. Technician was not only punctual, but also thorough in explanation of both the likely cause of the issue and future preventative maintenance. Technician also explained the likely reasons he was unable to achieve the ideal outcome and detailed what would be required to achieve it, which was beyond the scope of a service call and overkill for my immediate situation.Would call again.

I called Ken and Clog-B-Gone in the morning to schedule an afternoon appointment ( initially 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. ) to clear a clogged main floor sewer drain line. This particular day was snowing badly, all day. Ken called me around the time we had scheduled the service call and informed me that, due to some difficulties on some earlier jobs that his technician would be running late. I have personally done enough plumbing to know that such circumstances are the rule rather than the exception. It was getting late in the day and I was starting to wonder if Clog-B-Gone might have to cancel and re-schedule, but lo and behold their technician showed around 5:00 and augured the main line out to the street and got my drain flowing again. This drain was completely clogged and I was much relieved and grateful that Clog-B-Gone didn't cancel on me, worked late to get the job done under difficult conditions. Will use again and recommend.

I called on a Friday evening and he was able to come out the next day and no extra charge for weekend service!!

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment to have a dishwasher installed and a garbage disposal un-jammed. I stayed home from work on Tuesday 7/10/18 to meet the plumber, they were running behind so they called to reschedule. They told me they could reschedule for Thursday 7/12/18. I stayed home from work AGAIN only to be canceled on for the second time! I called again for a 3rd time at 10AM 7/13/18 after having an enexpected half day off work and explained the situation that I had already missed 2 days of work and was hoping they would be able to send someone out today. I was then told they couldn’t find any record of the cancelations and that they don’t work after 5pm!

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
