For timeliness and efficiency they get 5/5. For pricing they get 0/5. Less than $20 worth of parts, 25 minutes in and out. $495. That was the cost to repair my fill valve and flapper in my toilet. No value what so ever. Professional, responsive and efficient, yes. Value, none.

Pablo came out late Sunday night and worked diligently to help us clean our sewer main that we just had work done on. His price was very reasonable considering he came out on 45 minutes of notice late on the weekend. I have worked with several sewer companies during our endeavor getting our line fixed and I can say that Pablo is the best we have worked with. He has good equipment, is knowledgeable and worked until the job was complete. I highly recommend going with Pablo if you have clogged pipes.

I hired cutting edge sewer to do a sewer line test and then install two toilets based on their advice. The owner Joe and his staff did a great install and I love the toilet and seat they said I should have. I never thought I would love a toilet. It works great and looks nice.
One of the toilets had an issue and Cutting Edge Sewer was very pro active after my call and they came out. They fixed what needed to be done and left my home looking cleaner than when they came. Thanks Cutting Edge Sewer for taking such good care of me and my plumbing needs.

WOW!!! My toilet had been clogged for two days and despite our best efforts, we couldn't fix it. Robert from Roto-Rooter came -- cheerful guy, nice to my dog, great social distancing habits -- the guy ran up my stairs and came down TWO MINUTES LATER. Clogged fixed.HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME. He said that was the easiest job in the world, and said he'd like me to be a Roto-Rooter customer for life. He literally did not want my credit card. Customer for life, absolutely!!!! Next time there's a problem, my call goes to this place. In fact I'm going to be talking about Robert and this company around my neighborhood and on my NextDoor app.Thank you so much Robert! These guys were lifesavers. We had a clogged drain that was backing up water everywhere in our house to the point we couldn't use anything (toilet, shower, sink). We'd contacted a local plumber to fix it, but they kept cancelling/rescheduling on us. They cancelled/rescheduled for an entire week, all the way to Friday, leaving us without a fix over the weekend. Someone recommended these guys to us for an emergency fix that same Friday. Even though Clog B Gone was coming from a distance, they came out the same day with all the necessary equipment and fixed the clog for us, no problem. Everything was fixed perfectly. Markus was the gentleman who came out, he did an awesome job and was very friendly. Plus, the price was PERFECT. They didn't rip us off because they came from a distance or fit us in fast. We SO appreciate this company and the service they provided for us.

I've called Gopher now three times for different issues and each time they were friendly, professional and great at what they do. I know when I call them that I will be getting good service, good value and a quick response. Could not recommend them more.

Brendan called before he arrived. He came earlier than the initial appointment. He explained how I would charged. Cut a whole through the wall behind the toilet, identified the problem, and confirmed the cost. I told him to go ahead. Altogether it took about an hour. He was clean and wore booties to protect my floor. I would definitely recommend this company and plumber.

The technician, Juan, was very polite and professional. He convinced me to take a slightly more expensive route to solve a reoccurring issue with a slow draining pipe that leads to the main. Juan also took the time to replace a gasket on the toilet, and make modifications so it would flush better. Time will tell if the more expensive route will pay off, but Juan did a great job.
