After several attempts with other companies we called roto rooter. They’re crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Other companies tried for a short time to clear the pipe and then suggested we dig up the yard to look at the pipes. Roto rooter cleared the pipe and saved us over $12,000! Highly recommended

Nice people, good work, timely and reasonable

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

My biggest complaint is John Anderson did not decline the call when I told him what was wrong. Once he got here he stated he do not work on appliances and he classified a water softener as an appliance. He should have declined before taking the job since it was very obvious that he had no clue how to fix the softener and were not prepared to repair it.

John stated he would be arriving shortly after noon he arrived after four (after noon but not shortly)

He did not have me turn on the water to diagnose the problem he made an assumption it was an O-ring ( I think it was but not the one he thought)

He had me disassemble the water softener

He did not replace the O-ring you returned the same O-ring.

He needed help reassembling the unit I am not sure what he would have done if I was not there.

He was more interested in apparent low water pressure in the kitchen sink than fixing the leaking water softener.

And after all that he had the gall to charge a $150 service charge. That was a least part my fault since I did not ask about the fee. But I also think that fee is steep especially for the work or lack thereof he did not do. I don’t have a problem paying service fees but for what you did I would have expected a discount on that fee.

What a delightful experience! Showed up within 4 minutes at the start of their time window. Went right to the problem and listened to me. The plumber explained the problem and what was occurring. Explained the options, got my approval and went right to work. Very courteous and professional plumber. Seng was a fantastic example of what a service repairman should be.Email communications and receipt were excellent and spot on. I used a discount coupon with no hassles.Best of all I didn't have to do the work. Plumbers are worth every $.

Dalton is a fine young man and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He educated me on how to properly use my air exchange unit and humidifier. Would recommend his services.

Scheduled a water heater inspection. I got that and a detailed inspection of my plumbing, identifying issues for me to keep an eye on. Great service.

Extremely bad experience . He replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced I was over charged as well . Insist of two hours work he came up with 5 hours and when I disputed the issue he treaten me with placing a lien on my bussines unless he get paid in full . I will not recommend him to use.

Had basement drain overflowing at 430 pm with standing sewage water. Technician was here by 645 when most business's were closed. Technician was great, friendly, new what to do and had it fixed that night. No ridiculous emergency hour fees. Threw in a comp camera scope as well. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with Todd from Roto-Rooter today. I generally thing of Roto-Rooter to fix clogged drains, but I've had such good service in the past, when I was faced with a plumbing issue last night that caused me to shut off all the water to my house, I called for plumbing services from Roto-Rooter. Todd, an experienced plumber, came and fixed my issue while also educating me on additional things for me to consider. I am very pleased with the service that I received today.

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.
