Best Air Conditioning System in Minneapolis MN

I had them put in a new AC, a new furnace, and a new water heater in my home in Eden Prairie. MN Plumbing and Heating technicians are professional and reliable. Their services are top-notch and they perform quality work. I am very happy on that front. That said, their prices seem higher than competitors and higher than my comparative analyses done via google. I had second thought after scheduling my installation appointment and wanted to do additional research to make sure I don't overpay and feel comfortable with my purchase. They did the best to be accommodating and I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. They were responsive and helpful. I would suggest doing your research thoroughly before you make an expensive decision like this one so you could feel good about your purchase. Bottom line, I am happy with this company and would use them again for other services.

These guys are outstanding! Hired them for my kitchen remodel which featured running a vent and drain in an island on the 2nd floor of my duplex. I literally had 3 plumbers come look at and say something along the lines of you're gonna make me take out my code book aren't you? - and then pass on the work because it was too complicated. Justin from Erik Nelson didn't bat an eye and knew exactly how to make it work from the get go. I got a very fair quote that they came in UNDER when it was all said and done. They were also more than professional and kinda almost too organized where I feel like they might be using some sort of performance enhancing drugs. 100% recommend and they have my business for life.

Contacted Erickson and they were able to get an electrician out to me the same day and installed a new outlet in about an hour. Their dispatcher worked with me over email which is always a plus in my book and the electrician, Nick, was great and got the job done quick and clean.

Dean drain & sewer pipe cleaner, Josh, did wonderful job. Cleaning out our kitchen sink pipes out to 30' to 50'. We chose higher cost flushing vs. snake method. And much appreciate his carefully detailing the differences Thank you! Dean's has proven to be superbly timely in scheduling, expert & time-efficient in tasks. Always highly professional. My only potential concern is sticker shock. (My hunchis market pricing.) Also much appreciate his observations & advice re replacing entire kitchen sink & disposal or only the disposal, i.e. he showed why disposal, due to age, is wearing out & may suddenly stop, cause water flow to cabinet floor, etc. AND WE NEVER have to wait more than next day or two for them to be here... that's certainly a value add. The company was very professional; a dispatcher called to let us know of the approximate arrival of the plumber. The job was done successfully and the plumber was pleasant and thorough in the explanation of what was going to be done.

Andres and the Pronto team did a masterful job installing our new furnace and a/c. Very courteous and professional. From pre-sales to installation, Pronto was top notch with excellent communication throughout the process.

Brendan called before he arrived. He came earlier than the initial appointment. He explained how I would charged. Cut a whole through the wall behind the toilet, identified the problem, and confirmed the cost. I told him to go ahead. Altogether it took about an hour. He was clean and wore booties to protect my floor. I would definitely recommend this company and plumber.
