Dave was personable, low pressure but informative when we had to make decisions . He showed detail oriented, solid work in replacing our water heater. This company was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Office staff were helpful and efficient. Love the communication process this company uses to keep us updated with timelines etc. Our favorite: the text messages ahead of time with info complete with picture of the professional coming to our home, which left us not only informed but also feeling more secure in knowing we were allowing a safe person into our home! In the end, Dave left our home clean as if he was never here. Overall a great experience.

I just had a new furnace and AC installed. Jude was awesome to work with. He took his time and did meticulous work. When he was finished, he walked through everything with me to make sure I had a clear understanding of what they did, and how it worked. I will continue to use Standard Heating in years to come.

My technician Joe arrived on time, was masked up, and was attentive to my questions about the testing he performed on my furnace. Joe's professionalism and attention to detail in his write-up on his service call will have me calling MSP for all of my future HVAC needs.

We had extensive electrical work done by our team spanning 4 days, to include panel replacement, adding a service in our garage for a hobby woodshop and future electric cars and numerous lighting and outlet upgrades. Matt, Jack and Dylan did an exemplary job on our huge list. They were very professional, fun and took the time to answer questions along the way. We will miss having them around.

Disappointed with your filter pricing. Such great installers of our new Bryant furnace and outstanding/helpful customer service people who have thoroughly explained why once $80 replacement filters perform better than store bought ones. This same filter yesterday is now $97??? I look at price gouging as another example of American greed:(. You could of lead by example versus just fall into the trap of just raise prices because we can.

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

However, when my check accidentally bounced, I was threatened by text message after I requested an explanation of additional fee, and asked for the address so I could send a new check given I don’t pay bills online. Completely uncalled for.

Polite. Considerate. Answered all of our questions. Explained the problem and solution and followed through in a very professional manner.
