I called Eric Nelson Plumbing because my bathtub was not draining. I called them late afternoon and Nick from Erik Plumbing came the next day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They also provided a proposal if I decide to create a permanent fix to the problem. I recommend Erik Nelson Plumbing.

On our yearly AC inspection, the technician took the time to level the AC unit and install an insulating wrap around the pipe that runs into the house. He did a great job!

My husband and I had a good experience with this company. We thought we had a toilet that exhibited a leak as there was an orange looking stain on our floor tile that appeared to possibly be a calcium deposit stain which could be obtained from moisture.

Keith who was the technician, examined the toilet and advised the toilet was solidly installed and sealed with a silicone sealer.

Since Keith could not find a visible issue and was already at our home, he asked to see our hot water tank which was fine. However, he noticed that our water softener head had a crack and started to leak.

The gist is, that we were made aware of the problem as it must of just happened recently since we did not see this problem a couple of days ago in our basement and called the water softener company immediately to resolve the issue.

We would recommend this company from our own experience and many other good reviews with an A+ rating from BBB.

They were very good to work with I will definitely use them for future repairs and to purchase new AC and Heating units. Wonderful customer service.

I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

The guys were great. On time, prepared, discreet. Hardly knew they were here. Ended exactly when projected. Walked us through, gave some simple maintenance tips. Cleaned up and down the road. Painless. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Hugo Richard did a fantastic installation job. I should know because I installed the A/C that he replaced today. My install was 27 years ago so a few things have changed. But what hasn't changed is basic human courtesy. Hugo is not only a skilled technician but he is also a gentleman. I've been a Genz-Ryan customer for over 30 years and I will say Hugo is the most patient installer that you have ever sent to my home. Not only did he put up with all of my questions, he very patiently and thoroughly explained each step of the process.I would wholeheartedly recommend that you DOUBLE HIS SALARY! Or at least give him a hefty raise and the key to the men's executive washroom. Seriously, I would request him to do any future service work or any installations that I might need. Thanks for such a stellar job!

Update 7/10/2023: After MSP came out to fix our AC unit we found that the unit used a refrigerant no longer used and was 25 years old and, once needing a recharge, would be no longer usable.MSP gave us great options to maximize rebates and get the best unit for our home and budget. Andy was out to do the install with another technician and an electrician. They were friendly, courteous and capable. They did a great job, let us know what was done, answered all our questions and gave us yet another all around great experience.We for sure will be using MSP again, especially in a few years when we are ready to do the furnace as well.Extra special shout out to Andy, beyond being just a great guy there was some miscommunication where the rep I spoke with on the phone confirmed we could pay by check or card but Andy's notes said check. Not having one as we were expecting to pay by card, Andy was able to make the call to process the card transaction for us based on our conversation with Jeff.We cannot recommend MSP enough and will certainly be singing their praises to everyone we can!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Review: MSP has been there for us when desperately needed, once when our furnace stored working in the middle of January and again now when our AC suddenly stopped. Ralph C was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Called Dean's to unclog main drain and assess toilet issue. Ralph analyzed the situation and came up with 4 resolution options. Excellent service. Thanks Ralph!! Tony came out today to run camera down main line. Discovered roots in pipe. Tony took the time to show me the section with roots and then showed me the pipe past the roots was clear. Still on sticker shock over cost to repair/replace that section of pipe.

I have used Pronto many times over the years and decided to use them to install a ductless a/c unit. Kevin did an amazing job with the install by making sure all my questions were answered and going over all of my options prior to starting the job. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

Chris and Angie were awesome. They arrived with all of the parts and equipment they needed. They removed old concrete tubs, cleaned the drains, installed a new modern tub and repiped the water lines into the laundry room. When they were done the laundry room looked amazing - everything was clean, swept and tidied. We would use Ken's again in a heartbeat. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
