Justin came out on time and was very professional and courteous. He helped us further diagnose a larger problem, recommended solutions, gave us a referral and was very reasonable. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone that is having drain issues.

I called Michael with Plugged Pipes when my tenants were having trouble with their bathtub draining slowly. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly, take care of the problem, gave me and the tenants tips to keep the problem from developing again and was very reasonably priced. Two thumbs up Michael !!!

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

When we had a plumbing issue at our office building we called Borth-Wilson and they had someone over right away to fix the problem. The entire staff was friendly, knew what they were doing and the pricing was fair. A very nice company to do business with and one that I highly recommend.

Alpine Plumbing was the contractor for our new house built in 2017. Two months ago (summer 2020) we had a leak in our basement. The valve that controls the flow from the main water line had cracked, and the crack was below the shutoff valve so we couldn't shutoff the leak. This is a thick solid brass piece and we were very surprised to see that it cracked. The plumber that came out to fix it (not Alpine as we did not know who did our plumbing at the time) said the crack occurred because it was tightened too much. This is a house 2.5 years old and we had a leak in our basement because of a bad install by Alpine. I contacted Alpine via their web form to complain and try and get reimbursed and received a call back shortly later, but I wasn't able to answer the phone. I tried calling back twice and was never able to get ahold of someone. Alpine did not try to contact me further, via phone or email. At the least they should have followed up via email when I didn't answer the phone the one time they called.

I do not recommend this business as they are obviously inexperienced and have poor communication.

UPDATE: Had a second cracked fitting that was also due to over-tightening!

PLEASE READ!! It is now 4 weeks and 2 water heaters later and still not working! Paul (PJ's Plumping) DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I think he bought these water heaters from a back ally. He had Rheem repair person come out to find out later that that company only check water heaters that were bought through them. Neither heater were bought from this company. Also I was told by Rheem that PJs Plumbing DOES NOT WARRANT LABOR i.e. electrician if needed. I needed it twice. You would have to pay that yourself. Paul got free labor when he should have paid. Shady if you ask me. The repair person was very nice! I still do not have the hottest water going to shower. I live in a small condo. I did not have this issue with my old hot water heater (A.O.Smith). Temperature is set at 120 degrees and should produce serious burns if running on skin for more than 5 min (This is taken from manual). I take an entire show on the hottest setting. He wanted to pay off to take down the review, well ½ for my trouble with Dan at the beginning and other half when I take down the review or retract it. Now he says he is going to get the first ½ payment back from my bank. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!

WORSET EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I chose PJ's Plumbing because of it's high rating but wish I would have researched more.They installed my new water heater but didn't stick around to see if water got hot. The next morning I wake up with NO HOT WATER! A guy came out to find out the breaker was tripped. He also didn't stick around to see if heater was heating and told me to call him if it trips again. Not 3 min later breaker tripped again. I called PJ's plumbing again and they told me I need to get an electrician out here and that they NEVER had a faulty water heater and there must be something wrong with my breaker. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater. I got an electrician out to my home and tested everything to find that the heaters 2 elements were running at the same time. They wouldn't come out and replace it on the weekend. I had to wait the entire weekend then an extra day because they wouldn't have someone come out to close to closing on Monday. The girl asked if they could come out at 7 am and I said no 8 am. Well Dan shows up at 7:15 am (still sleeping). I take meds to sleep and have a hard time getting up at that hour. Dan insisted it wasn't the heater and that they never had a faulty water heater (bull). He tried to tell me my breaker was not the right one. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater and he said things change. REALLY the amps, voltage don't change! All was the same as my old heater. He didn't want to change out my heater. He called an electrician buddy of his and sure enough my breaker was fine and the 2 elemnents would trip the breaker. He had a poor attitude, rushed and again didn't even wait to see if the heater was heating. Pipe was cold when I touched it after he left. His comments when leaving was hope we won't have to hear from you again and Now if it doesn't work it's not the water heater. REALLY!!??

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Rick completed the plumbing on a kitchen remodel for us. Work was well thought out and executed perfectly. Craftsmanship was really good and the cost was competitive

Fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom, installed a new garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Great work and the result works and looks professional. Will definitely use them again if I ever need plumbing assistance again.

We had a sump pump pile burst on one of the coldest days of the year, flooding our basement. Tim was out within 30 minutes and took care of the issue - he never talked to me like I didn't understand, but took the time to explain in a kind way what was happening. We will use him again and again!

Ben and Eric arrived on time and as scheduled for a tough job, installing a new dishwasher, sink, faucet, garbage disposer, and water filter system. Now, my home is very old and prior owners did (or did not do) their own “Franken-plumbing”. This obstacle, while daunting to any regular citizen, was easily and handily overcome by Ben and Eric. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, and for a fair price. In addition, they made some other repairs to the wall behind the new installations. We appreciate their professionalism and they were a pleasure to have in our home!

10/10, would hire again!

James was very prompt, courteous and professional. Both of our projects were repairing structural deterioration, and he did a great job on both. We called him back to make a minor adjustment to our back gate, and he was again very prompt and finished work quickly, and even added a piece of wood to make the repair more visibly pleasing.
