Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

The came change my old pipes. The only reason I give them 4 stars cause they put all the old pipes in my trash can. My city don’t except this kind of trash. I don’t know where to throw the old pipes now cause I took them out of the trash so I don’t get a big fine from the city. Professional and on time. Prices are fare.

I would highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable - I could tell they were experts in the field. They also had great communication. My water heater went out right before I was about to go out of town. They didn't have an opening for a few days, but called me later that day to let me know their plumber got done early with one of his other jobs so could squeeze me in. I really appreciated that! I ended up needing a new water heater, so they were quick to get me scheduled and fast to install. They were professional and very friendly. Had an initial bad experience with one of their techs. We talked with the owner who was apologetic and offered to have a different tech come out and take a look at our problem. The next tech came out and was able to help us while also being polite. It’s good to know there are still companies out there that care about their customers and customer satisfaction/service. The owner was very nice to work with and talk with.

Well I had to call Rozga again last week due to a blocked lateral which cause a small flood in the basement. Eric was quick to diagnosis and brought in the power auger and went to work. Great service once again. The small lake is no more.
