My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

Easy to work with from initial call through completion of a leaking pressure balancing valve. Seeing them place boot covers when entering my home without being asked was nice to see too.

I called first thing Monday morning after the Thanksgiving Holiday. From the moment I called and talked to Mikey, I was assured that they would fix the problem. This company is amazing!!!! They were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They were timely and they were very communicative. Mike was very good at communicating with me while his guys were working and he kept me in the loop. This is the ONLY company (after having talked to 4 plumbers and having 2 come to my house) that fixed my drain clog. I cannot say thank you enough for your outstanding service! I used Viking Plumbing several years ago to fix an issue with the drain in the upper unit of my duplex.

While the work was completed, I was shocked to find that the plumber left a GAPING HOLE in the wall that he went into -- and had no intention of fixing it.

Maybe it's the Girl Scout in me, but I was always told that you should leave things in better condition then when you found them -- clearly Viking Plumbing does not live by these same principles.

When I called to let them know that their contractor hadn't finished the work, I was told that they don't do repair -- just plumbing.

Really? So, you don't finish jobs, is what you're telling me. The bill was roughly $370 and I told them until someone came out to patch the hole, I was not paying the bill.

No one came to fix the hole. I never paid the bill.

Then, YEARS later, I get a call from a debt collector, trying to collect NEARLY $600 from me -- so, not only did they not finish the job, they're now adding another $200 to my bill?

I had to pay a separate contractor to come out and patch the wall that someone else had ruined. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This company has terrible customer service, questionable ethics, and dismal results when it comes to finishing their work. I 100% DO NOT recommend their services.

They told us to call a plumber or Roto-Rooter after failing to get through the blockage in our sewer pipes after two visits (so the 30-day warranty on service is slightly meaningless if you have more serious stuff ). Roto-rooter is here now and is getting through where ABC couldn't. If you have more serious stuff to break through, then yes, call Roto-Rooter instead... Nice guys at ABC, but limited resources, equipment.
