They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

I just used Plugged Pipes and have used them on several other occasion and they have always been prompt , never over charged & have given excellent service time & time again!!! I highly recommend them.

I had an extremely clogged floor drain and already had a different plumbing company come in to fix but to no avail after almost 2 hours. That company recommended Roto-Rooter.

Kent from Roto-Rooter was very professional and honest. He was at the house for almost 2 hours and had to unclog in 2 different directions. He even helped me see where these severe clogs were and also how to develop a preventative maintenance schedule for the future which was much appreciated. Price was very reasonable for the severity $345

This company is amazing!!!! They were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They were timely and they were very communicative. Mike was very good at communicating with me while his guys were working and he kept me in the loop. This is the ONLY company (after having talked to 4 plumbers and having 2 come to my house) that fixed my drain clog. I cannot say thank you enough for your outstanding service! Also, the guys who came to do the work were very professional and they cleaned up after their work was finished. I will gladly recommend this company to my family and friends. We have used Gene Wagner Plumbing for years for various tasks. They installed our hot water tank and have roto rooted our lateral preventing backups. They have always performed the work to the highest standards. They are professional and knowledgeable and have always been friendly. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I've needed plumbing work done a few different times and they've responded very quickly. What ever my issues were they let me know beforehand what would be involved, other options if applicable, and the cost of the service. I have a very elderly mother in Brookfield - her connection to her washer was about to blow...And the sink in her bathroom wasn't working.

Jody at Alpine sent a fantastic plumber within a day who fixed both problems incredibly quickly and efficiently. His repair for the washer was so pretty that my mother's caregiver took a picture.

Where another local plumber (who we will NEVER call again!) told us that my mother's bathroom sink and faucets had to be replaced....Alpine repaired her 1960's fixtures NO PROBLEM. Saved us money and lots of anxiety.

Excellent experience with water heater replacement. We selected VIP as the quote provided was competitive with two other companies contacted, and multiple friends had recommended them for quality work. Scheduling was painless, Matt arrived on-time, and replaced the heater quickly. After installation, took the time to walk through the features and did not leave a mess behind. Also appreciated that he wore a mask throughout the process! We were billed ~ 3 days later, and were pleasantly surprised to see a bill that was LESS than quoted.
