Knight Plumbing is very excellent in customer care. Is very at what they do when it comes to customer service. Andy is my repair guy and he is very patient in what he do.

After being called at work about water backing up in the laundry room I was in a panic as I was a new homeowner of all of 2.5 years. I rushed home and all was good. Water went back down. That is for a few days. Once again the water backed up. I once again was in a panic. Said enough was enough and called around. The first place said they could not make it out until the 14th. It was the 1st. Nope I need to shower, wash and other things that use water without it backing up in the house. Next was Knights Plumbing. Linda was an angel and said she would put me on a wait list. After explaining the issue she was able to pull someone to help. The wait was no longer then 20 minutes. Seeing that purple and white truck pull up with the chest piece I was so relieved. The plumber , Isiah, was so nice and professional. He explained everything to me and gave me a price before starting and that I was more then happy with. I told him Knights Plumbing has a new customer for as long as I have my house. He made me feel comfortable and just him explaining so much to me made me more aware of so much about my property plumbing inside and out and I am so happy I ended up with this company. Isiah, seriously, you are AWESOME!!! Thank you!!

I can't recommend these guys enough. They arrived earlier and talked with the city water works for me. They found a better solution then what I called them for and saved me a ton of money. That is money that I would have been paying them. It's awesome to see a company take care of people like that rather than making an extra buck.

Overall very happy with the service from Knight Plumbing! We had a leak in our natural gas line, so we put in a request online, which is very convenient. We also had them move the service line for three dryer and scope and root our main sewer line. The services were pretty pricey, but I feel confident that I received the value that I paid for from Knight.

Andrew was an hour early, told me what was exactly wrong and fixed the problem all within an hour and a half.

Arrived on time. My house is old and there were a few issues to deal with, but the guys figured it all out and installed the new water heater in less time than I had thought it would take. Very nice but professional employees. Would definitely recommend them!

Very professional, courteous and upfront. They showed up when they said they were going to and did the work in a timely manner. They explained in detail what needed to be done and did a walk-through afterwards to make sure I understood how everything worked and maintenance. Really like their professional services, quick response and very friendly. We had serious sewer line cracking and tree roots issues.They use video as a standard process which is very useful to find exactly what is happening and demonstrate how they fixed problems. I strongly recommend this company to people who really want to get professional jobs done.

Unfortunately my water heater stopped working and I needed service asap. I had called other places and was just not feeling the service. I called knight plumbing and just by the way they answered the phone I knew they were the ones. They unfortunately had no immediate openings, was put on a cancel wait list to have the work completed sooner. I got a call that the manager was able to squeeze in a time and was able to get them in the home sooner.

You receive a confirmation text for the appointment and one when the technician is on the way. The technician also contacted me requesting pictures of the unit and he was able to answer some questions and estimate what was wrong with the unit priorto the day of theappointment. Upon arrival he introduced himself, and guided me through the process of diagnosis, work, and completion. He explained the charges before proceeding and once approved he started the work. They take all card and check payments and I am satisfied with the work performed.

I am also going thru my insurance for the repairs . They had given me an invoice without the necessary information but after I requested the change they were very promptly in sending me a new invoice.

As of now I have a working water heater with a new part and great service. Will update if changes happen in a few months.

We had some serious leakage from behind the kitchen sinks (it is a duplex, so both upper and lower). I was anticipating the worst. Pipe was behind the walls so just to get to it required opening of a ceiling. I was anticipating walls to be cut into also. They gave me an estimate of $2,000 and came in at $1800. Not only that, they did the work the same day they quoted it. I was thinking it would take forever to do but they were super efficient and did the job correctly, quickly and cleaned up perfectly. I am super impressed and will definitely tell other people about Knights Plumbing.

Great company to do business with. Maybe not! Tried to tell me I should rip up my basement for $5000.00 to fix a drain pipe. Roto Rooter did a great job for about two hundred bucks!

I called Knight Plumbing because we suspected we had a gas leak in our natural gas fireplace. They called me back very quickly and scheduled an appointment the next day. My appointment window was 2-4pm, and Bradley called shortly after 2 to let me know he could be there in 15 minutes. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he used a gas detector to find where the leak was in my fireplace. The problem ended up being with the logset I had and wasn't related to my gas plumbing, but Bradley still did his best to try to fix it. He also helped me find the replacement part for the fireplace online and gave me helpful advice on how to proceed. He charged a very fair price for his time and the inspection and was more than happy to answer my other unrelated plumbing questions while he was here. I'd definitely recommend Knights Plumbing and will be using them again if I ever have another plumbing problem!

Made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon. They called and came out on Monday. Yeah for us!!
Tanya did a professional job and was polite as she fixed the toilet. Will recommend them to family and friends.

Had an appointment between 9-12, Isiah was there shortly after 9. Went down to the basement, identified the problem, broke down my options for me, which I agreed to, and got to work. Performed the repair in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, and I was able to go on about my day. Also liked the online scheduling, text updates and reminders.

Bryant(? spelling). arrived in less than 1/2 hour. Gave me 2 options that he can do. Explained everything. Gave me an estimate, finished job in about an hour, with the he estimate he quoted. My drain clogged last nigh, Tuesday evening, called 4 business, all were unable to come untill Monday, today being Wednesday. I got a text via the chat place in the web and got a person, came in 1/2 hour before I hung up the phone. But going Thur number listed in web, receptionist informed only available time was for tomorrow. (??) I was glad I did the chat option.

I had a burst pipe in the basement of my home and the guys at Knight took care of the job quickly and professionally and equally important, they did the job for what they told me it would cost. No upcharges or changes. But the thing that got me the most was the follow-up. I had a need to have a new water meter put in and Dave was willing to coordinate with the water company to handle that without charging me more and even further, they did it with a smile.

I called today because when the water was turned back on, the sediment pushed up to the faucets and my water wouldn't come out of them. I called Knight to see if they had any ideas to fix the problem and they offered to come out and diagnose the problem and ultimately helped solve the problem quickly and without additional charge. I could not be more pleased with Knight plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality plumber with old fashioned customer service at the top of their priority list! I reached out to Knight Plumbing after essentially being ignored by a couple of other companies in the area. They got me in for an initial consult and set me up for an appointment very quickly. They were booking about 2 weeks out at the time. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and professional.

This is likely not common ... but Andy came out the same day I called for the consult because there was an opening. I got my estimate shortly after. He was great, personable and professional. A funny guy that knew what he was doing and was able to do the same efficiently.

The project: We had a concrete wash tub in our basement that had water ... and other things... backing up into it. He broke down and removed the concrete tub, replaced the tub, the surrounding faucets and pipes. He also replaced a very old toilet that was bolted to the wall in the basement.

This was a 6 hour project. I appreciated that Andy showed up with a bright purple van that said Knight Plumbing and that his shirt identified the company as well. He introduced himself and was very courteous and professional while in our home.

10/10 would recommend.

Called for a quote for installation of a water heater, person who answered phone could not provide as she said she was not a plumber. I asked for a range but even that could not be provided. Only option is to have someone come out to give a quote for $99.99 plus tax, which then applies towards install. Sure let me get 3 quotes for $100 dollars each and then decide . . . Wow. This kind of nonsense is why people just default to Home Depot.

Had a bad experience with this company. Sent a younger guy out that was useless. Operations mgr called me within minutes of hearing of my experience, at least.

We had a pipe break in the basement and when we called Knight Plumbing, Linda was quick to take our information and send a plumber to replace the pipe. Andy, arrived quickly, was very professional, and talked to us about options for replacing the pipe. He did a fantastic job and we are happy with the outcome.

Knight Plumbing installed a sump pump several years ago and this time we didn't hesitate to call on them to replace the pipe.

We will continue to call Knight Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

Very quick response and clean, quality work, not cheap but good.

The project was initially a small repair but when tested it turned out to be a bigger problem requiring replacement of the closet bend pipe to my first floor bathroom. Despite the fact that plumbing problems are no fun for anyone I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge! I was very pleased with the result and have full confidence that it has been done correctly. Pricing seemed fair -- I could have gone cheaper but am convinced I would not have had this quality.

Did the usual root clean out of the sewer line under our basement floor, and towards the street. Had an appointment the next day after calling 8:30pm the night before.

A year before this, they brought my interior plumbing up to contemporary levels during a kitchen remodel. Great work by all techs!!

I am fairly certain I overpaid for what I got fixed. Their prices aren't transparent prior to them coming to your house (which is a min $99 charge) so I felt kind of stuck using them once they were in my house and I was quoted. But they came the same day and the guy was nice and knowledgeable except he didn't know if there was a warranty on the work completed.
I am not sure I'll use Knight Plumbing again as I feel uneasy about paying $700 for the 1 pipe replaced in the middle of my unfinished, open-ceilinged basement that took 1 hour.

Update: Knight Plumbing called and advised they agreed I was overcharged and the cost is now $500 and their work has a 1 year warranty.

Tyler was incredibly helpful and took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and explained what he was doing as he was completing the service.

From the first contact, they were super-helpful. I contacted the office and spoke with George, who was very accommodating. Great experience with 2 wonderful plumbers working on our son's home, which is under contract and since he's relocated, I was the contact. They show you, up front, how much it could amount to as well as possible scenarios to each situation. Very helpful and kind. Highly recommend and would use again!

I had a shower install and it did not go well. The handle was installed too far forward, so much that I couldn’t install backer board.

Knight Plumbing came back to fix :)

Then after nearly completing my project I realized the fixture was still nearly an inch too far forward and not installed according to manufacture instruction (which is fine I suppose as long as it still works- it just didn’t in this case).

Knight Plumbing came back to fix again but I’d sealed the wall and I’ll need to fix a different way (adding tile to the front to cover the gap).

So if the problem ultimately could get fixed by Knight Plumbing, why 4 stars?

Well I took one off because I’ll have to use some creative problem-solving to fix the issue, but overall I have to say I am extremely impressed by Knight Plumbing’s communication and continued effort to make sure I am completely satisfied.

Ultimately, while they can’t entirely fix the issue, I would nonetheless recommend Knight Plumbing.

They are reasonably priced and will make sure they’ve done everything to make the customer happy. Many companies work to make sure you are happy, but not like these folks, they really really make sure they have done the work to your complete satisfaction.

No contractor will get the job right 100% of the time, given that, what you want is a contractor that will communicate and stand by their service.

In this regard, Knight Plumbing is exceptional.

Too expensive for basic plumbing tasks. Do it yourself or get quotes from other plumbers before agreeing to go with Knight Plumbing.

Response to owners comment:
-I in fact did have work done by Knight Plumbing and the price was ridiculous. A kitchen pipe was cleaned/augured out and P Trap was replaced... for $900 (after the plumber (or apprentice) who was there cracked the existing pipe).
The tasks performed where very basic so stating that quality of the work was not the issues isn't really saying much.
Fact still remains that the price charged was extremely high for this type of work. I'm not calling the business to haggle over pricing (as you pointed out, it was agreed to). I'll just leave my truthful review and take my business elsewhere next time. I would recommend others do the same if this is the way Knight Plumbing continues to do business (charge ridiculous prices for simple plumbing tasks).
Nothing against the owner and I believe in supporting local business (I tip and review well when applicable), but maybe the company should take a closer look at the plumbers they send out and their charging practices to avoid poor customer service experiences like the one I had.

My experience with Knight Plumbing has been incredible. They fixed a leak a couple years ago and recommended we replace the water heater soon. They did not pressure us at the time.

I called them when my wife and I thought it was time to replace the water heater. I was very happy with the scheduling and communication. Andy showed up on time. He took stock of everything. He was patient with me since I am not familiar with plumbing. After we went through everything he went to work and within a few hours we have a new water heater. It is incredible!

We had a crack in the toilet tank on our very old toilet. We initially had to make an appointment one week out, but were able to be added to their cancellation list. Lucky for us, someone cancelled the very next day and so Wrigley and Isiah promptly came out to check out our toilet. A replacement was recommended instead of repair, and they explained the process and helped us choose a new toilet. From start to finish, it took less than two hours. The final price was reasonable and even less than initially quoted once they saw what kind of model we needed. The guys were pleasant, worked quickly, took time to answer our questions, were clean and respectful of our home, and even graciously laughed at my bad jokes. 10/10, would use Knight Plumbing again!

Great service unclogging a drain!

Martise called while he was on his way to my house and gave me his ETA. He arrived when he said he would and gave me a fair quote, including a quote for additional service that was not part of my scheduled appointment, but that I requested once he arrived. He completed both projects quickly and made sure everything worked as I expected before he left. He was so meticulous, the area was cleaner after he left than before he started. I wouldn't hesitate to call Knight Plumbing again when I need their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a professional, service-oriented, licensed plumber.

I really didn't know who to call for a plumber. I am so happy that I called Knight Plumbing. After I left a few messages to other plumbers who did not call me back, I saw the high ratings on google maps for Knight Plumbing so i called. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable when I called for appointment. Andy was available so he came over immediately. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced a 20 year old kichen faucet that had rusted bolts very quickly. The new faucet looks and works great. He also answered other questions that we had about our plumbing which was very helpful. I will be back when I need more plumbing done. I definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I called in the afternoon about replacing my water heater that had started leaking and they happened to have a cancelation that day and could send someone out right away! 2 brand new comfort height toilets, installed on time by a good, friendly plumber and all at a VERY competitive price.

I called a few different plumbers this morning looking for help with my hot water heater. I had, what seemed like an easy fix, causing me issues for nearly 4 hours. Beyond frustrated and needing help I started reaching out to different plumbers looking for advice or seeing if I needed someone to come out. The first 2 places I called were largely unhelpful and provided no help or even offers of service. This all changed when I contacted knight plumbing. I have rarely seen such caring and dedicated service from any company. I was in contact with a plumber who spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me going over things to check. This included giving me a personal cell phone number and having me provide pictures for easier help. He put up with my general lack of knowledge with extreme patience and a real desire to help. He was clearly knowledgeable and walked me through what I feel was an entire servicing of my hot water heater over the phone. When we finally ended the call he personally reached out to me to see if the issue had been resolved (he left me with one more thing to try, at this point I felt like I was basically an expert and let him go) or if I needed to call in and get more help. I am extremely impressed by the dedication to random strangers this man, and company, have shown. And because of this they have earned a loyal customer and I cannot recommend them enough. No matter what your issue is you will helped, respected, and genuinely cared after with Knight plumbing. Cannot say enough good things about these guys.

This is the 3rd time I've used Knight Plumbing. They are always quick to respond, great arrival windows (very accurate) and FAIR. They keep the work area clean and tidy. Prices are always fair and the plumbers go above and beyond. Highly recommend them!

My water heater started leaking over the weekend to the point that my darling wife couldn't take her daily bubble bath/bittle of champagne sabbatical in her bathroom because there was no hot water. I left Knight's a message through their website and I got an email a few hours before they opened saying to call them at 8 am. The person on the other end of the phone was friendly and the plumbers got to my house an hour and a half early. It was a quick assessment since I k ew what I wanted, the guys ran to the shop and grapped the water heater, and in a couple hours it was in. They were professional, courteous, and just a couple of nice younger fellas. Read the other ratings, read the business's responses. These guys do good, quick work and are thoughtful in their customer interactions. Next time my old college roommate, Ty, has to recommend a plumber to his buddy Carl at Bushwood, I'll definitely recommend Knight's. Seriously, great job, hang on to those two young guys - they're keepers.

Hello plumbers searchers! Recently I had a water heater issue and found Knight Plumbing in Google and they had a 5 ⭐rating. After reading the reviews in Google and inthe website I decided to email them. Within 20 minutes, Dave gave me a call to follow up and was very courteous, polite and friendly. I told him my situation and he td.me a few things that could be the cause of the water heater issue. He told me that he can have Bradley, ine of his plumbers visit me the same day and gave me a 2 hour window. I agreed and he explained what should I expected from them in detail and asked me if I had any questions. My 2 hour window was from noon to 2 pm and around 11:40am Bradley called me and told.me that he was going to be at my house around noon. Bradley arrived 2 minuras to noon. Bradley was also very polite, friendly. The first thing that he did was to put floor protectors on his boots and then we went to the water heater area and he asked me what was the problem. I told.him and he listened with detection and he gave some scenarios of what he was going to do to find the root of the problem. After his investigation and base on my details he was able to poimt out the problem. The issue was not a plug and play solution, he had to work around the problem using his experience. He explained all in detail before starting to work on the water heater and gave me the price upfront. We agreed and started working on it right away. Unfortunately he was not able to resolve the issue right there because he need some extra material, however he told.me that he was going to his office to get what he needed and came back. All and all it may have taken about 2 hour of work and he got my water heater back up.and working. This is the first time I had to call a plumber and I thank God that I found Knight Plumbing. I had a great experience and I recommend them to everyone. Great Job!

I’ve used Knight Plumbing twice and both times have had a great experience. Most recently, Andy came to unclog my shower drain and ended up solving my water pressure problems as well! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are my forever plumbers!

Quoted a job and I agreed to price and terms. Plumber can back after starting the work and realized they did not have the parts needed to complete the job and did have an ETA for receiving send parts. They still charged a service charge which is completely unacceptable when I wanted the work done, but they could not hold up their end of the agreement. Thay do not offer a military discount.

First of all I appreciate their time taken to provide the lengthy response. A few corrections must be made.

The commication from the plumber was: the part needed to complete the job was not in stock and it could be several weeks to get the part. Coming back Monday was never an option provided by our plumber. Please provide factual information in order to provide the proper customer service.

A refund was offered by Knight and reconfirmed with a follow up phone call 15 minutes after my first conversation, after the plumber left that Saturday. To this point I have not recieved this refund.

I will gladly edit this post after a refund is in my hand.

My first post had nothing mean spirited and stuck to the facts. It should be noted Knight took it the communication to a level of personal attack, ON THE CUSTOMER, and made the the assumption I was lashing out. I am sensitive to the supply chains issues we face across the world, but stating they would have the job completed without even checking their inventory is an opportunity for improvement on their end. Instead of using this opportuntity make it better for the next person, they used it to attack their customer base. This speaks volumes to their core philosophies as a business.

A Greenfield plumbing service was called two days later, they came in at a lower price (including a military discount) and performed all the work the same day. If anyone needs recommendations I will be happy to share their contact information.

Had them out to fix a leak in my tub. Wrigley came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Pricing was upfront and fair, service outstanding.

Definitely not your knight in shining armor!
I told them up front when I called that I already bought a new sump pump and parts to replace it because I knew it was getting old, but then it just suddenly stopped working on that day when I wasn't home, but my husband was and there was a storm coming. I explained that I was prepared for this to happen and that we just needed the pump swapped. When I explained all of this, I was NOT told that they wouldn't use what I had already purchased. They only told me it was $99 just to have the plumber come out. I explained again that we just needed the pumps swapped out. They said their plumber would look at it and determine what was needed. After their plumber shows up, he goes to the basement, just looks in the hole and says that the entire thing would have to be replaced and they would send an estimate on Monday. My husband tried to explain that we had already purchased the pump and parts we just needed it swapped. The plumber THEN said they would only use their own brands, and he couldn't be bothered to even find out what I had already purchased. They charged us over $100 for this! Later, I get home to find that the power outlet just needed to be reset. It took a week to receive the estimate for over $1500, without any breakdown information such as material costs, labor, or if taxes are even included, which I will NOT be paying. I can't imagine the amount of damages there would have been should it actually have been an emergency and someone had to wait that long just for an estimate... especially since they also fix water damages at I'm sure would be a hefty cost as well. If you don't know much about plumbing be careful, because it seems like they're happy to take full advantage of you if you need help right away (like my husband). So, in conclusion, their plumber was either money hungry, or too dumb to do the job since I was able to fix what he couldn't with the push of a single outlet reset button. I ended up contacting a handyman who hasn't charged me a penny, but gave me a lot of great free advice. And he's given me the confidence that if I can replace my bathroom faucet myself, that I can replace this sump pump myself. From now on, I will only contact the handyman, because at least he's honest.

Great service. Professional. Took time to explain things. Made sure I knew when arriving, leaving. He took time to explain my options...not pushy. I would recommend this service for sure.

Brad and Tania worked on the leaks we had at the house. The work they did was great. Brad explained the fixes he was planning prior to taking action and I found it very useful. But, other the work quality, I liked his personality and sense of humor. I don't run into many plumbers with a good attitude and I appreciated that. Even thought the service was not cheap It's worth it and I would work with them again.

Just used their services once and was impressed by everyone I spoke to from setting up the appointment to the completion of the job! Friendly, excellent service and affordable. Tania was the plumber and she was certified and knowledgeable. However, they do not do any tile issues that might occur i.e. as in reinstalling a toilet; due to water leakage, my tiles' adhesiveness was compromised the tiles shifted during install process.

Great company! I called and they were at my house within a half hour.

Fixed some flipper created nightmares for me in no time and reviewed all potential charges before even doing any work. Wonderful experience.

My water heater kept tripping the reset button. I contacted Knight Plumbing via email, they responded right away and scheduled an appointment promptly. They communicated arrival time clearly. The technicians were on time, professional, identified the issue and fixed it quickly. They were also able to fix a couple of smaller pluming things that were on my todo list at the same time. The price was right for the work accomplished. I would recommend.

Exceptional, When You Need It Most. After their misdiagnosis Knight came back, made it all perfect, and applied the price of the first repair to our final price. Grace under pressure is not common, but they have it in abundance there. Our family will definitely have additional work done by Knight when we start our next projects.

Knight Plumbing's operations manager reached out to me and listened attentively to concerns that I brought to his attention about a newer employee initially assigned to my home. He apologized and made sure that my 2nd plumbing issue was appropriately and professionally addressed by an experienced staff member on an agreed upon date. The company has very good communication with appointment reminders (text messages) and ensures that their customers are ultimately pleased with their work.

Toilet re-seating and toilet supply line replacement was done satisfactorily, but I was very disappointed that the service individual who came out was not interested in determining the root cause of my utility sink leaking. This causes an issue with the company's ability to give an accurate ball-park estimate even on the day of work based on a customer's needs (threaded utility faucet). I got the feeling a third trip would be necessary to get my plumbing work done. The $450 for service call/repair was not commensurate for work done today.

I was very happy with the professionalism and thorough details of my plumbing needs. I had the opportunity to interface with Mr. Teague on multiple occasions and was satisfied with the service I recieved. Mr. Teague was also accompanied by an apprentice that he gave clear and complete instructions and explanations. He is a great asset to your business. I would feel confident in reaching out to you for my future needs.

Easy scheduling, and within the timeframe needed. Prompt, courteous service and estimates targeted prior to beginning work. Hopefully, I won't need their services anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

First guy came out to fix the sump pump but didn't have the storm pump tools to help disengage the safety valve. The new sump pump installed didn't work because something was wrong with the storm pipe. Had to schedule another appointment where the office was accommodating and got us in the following day. Second guy came in with the storm pipe wrench and turned it a little and the water started to go down with the new pump. Also had him inspect and clean our sewer line for it looked like it hasn't been gutted out for some time. The second guy was able to get the job done super quick and was very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

I called 8;45 AM, Knight was on-site and had resolved the issue by 10 AM. I was very pleased overall!

Positives? Job was small and they were able to come over the same afternoon. Work was done quickly, cleanly, and the service fellow was professional and friendly. Zero concerns about quality. Negatives? I had originally called to get any idea of how much the tiny gas capping would cost, as I knew it would only take minutes, and they initially refused to give a ballpark, only to vaguely say something like 'shouldn't be more than $315ish'. I knew the pipe capping would take 15 minutes and assumed it'd be in the $150-200 range once they dove in. They showed up, took 15 minutes, and then charged me $315 - stating it was the 'minimum gas work fee'. If that clear company minimum charge existed then what stopped them from just saying that? Heck I may have still gone with them, and the work was fine, but it's the kind of head-shaking moment will make me hesitant to work with them in the future.

Professional service…. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Had two outdoor spigots repaired that were 20-30 years old and were leaking when in use. Indoor shutoffs also dripping when on. Had to move the pipes by coring a new hole into the foundation on both sides . Took about 2-3 hours but everything looks great on all sides (in and outside ). Only reason for 4 ustars is the price. Paid $1500 for the above and after talking to the neighbor who is an independent plumber, he thinks I was overcharged a bit. Plumbing isn’t my wheelhouse so I defer to the experts… and happy to do so! One never really knows what things SHOULD cost, but overall happy with the job. Might gather other estimates in future.

First, the pricing was very high, over $600 to install 2 new Kohler faucets that I had purchased. Then each one leaked and they had to come back to fix that. To add insult to injury, they quoted over $300 to fix the leak! I refused to pay but still had to pay an additional $99 service call fee. So 2 faucets cost over $700 total for labor only to install. Outrageous . Try someone else.

Just to update to their response . The water was on when they first arrived and there were no leaks. “Non-standard” plumbing was copper tubing with flare fittings, a very standard set up in many houses (and yes on boats too). Access was difficult but the leaks were due to substandard work. I eventually had to fix one of them myself and found a fitting was done without Teflon tape or pipe dope. When done correctly ( by me) there was no leak. Also, the original repair took 2 hours, not 3, so the charge for the substandard repair was $300/hr.

Today we needed a leaky valve replaced. Our plumber was Vick, he did a great job, polite, knowledgeable, quick. I really love this local company and this is my second time using their services. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Martise from Knight Plumbing. I called on Monday for a non-emergency repair, they set up an appointment for the next day. He was on time, professional, and a pleasant person to talk to. He finished the work that I asked for very quickly, but had to come back because of an unrelated problem that didn't present itself right away. He was back within a few minutes, diagnosed the issue and was able to make it whole. The price was quoted up front and that's what the price was in the end, so no surprises. I highly recommend both Martise and Knight Plumbing.

Professional and prompt service. All my questions were addressed politely and in an informative fashion.

I had a sewer blockage and initially they were fully booked out for 4 days. They were able to reschedule me twice to get someone out 1 day later after I initially called. I appreciated the effort to to to get to my immediate need without charging me an emergency fee. The plumbers that came out were professional and got right to work. They gave me a few cost estimates to try and achieve the end goal and kept to their agreed price upon before work was started. They fixed my issue and gave good recommendations.

Brad, Andy, and Jacob installed the plumbing, shower, and toilet for our new basement bathroom. They were so great to work with. Brad was amazing! He came out to check on a flooding problem I had and we couldn't find it. Then a month later the clogged drain backed up and they were able to get me in right away. They came right back out and cleared my drain. He and his apprentice were quick, courteous and very nice. He even helped me out with a problem that I didn't even call him for. Seeing as I'm a new home owner, finding such a quality plumber was a life saver. I will use Knight plumbing for every need moving forward!

I called Knight Plumbing because I thought one of the waste pipes was leaking from our bathtub. During the initial consultation we found that the overflow waste pipe was bad and we'd need to repair it. They suggested I replace the entire waste pipe system since we had older galvanized pipes. The entire process took just under 2 hours and the plumber was very helpful and polite. Altogether it was done well and I feel that I won't have to worry about the work that was done. If I had any plumbing needs moving forward, I would likely call Knight again.

I’ve had a blocked sewer for three weeks and went through 4 plumbing companies trying to resolve it. Some wouldn’t even touch it. Knight Plumbing returned my call right away, sent a camera into the pipe the next day, found the block and worked in water and mud in 34 degrees to replace my blocked pipe. I am very grateful and will use them again.

We found out we had gas leaks in our basement on Sunday. We called and left a message, hoping to make an appointment for Monday. they called us first thing in the morning and were able to come over right away. They were courteous, quick and fully explained everything that had to be done The price was more than fair and I will definitely be calling them again if I need to.

Extremely pleased with the company and service. Scheduling was simple (next day) and our plumber arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly identified and explained the problem. He was professional and courteous and had the issue resolved in under 2 hours. Pricing was standard and explained before work started... easily would've been 5 stars, but I feel pricing was just a bit high.

They were attentive calling me right away and got me an appointment for the same day súper helpful and professional people. The plumber were efficient, very good at their job and explained to me exactly what they were about to do. I would highly recommend this company and I will use their service in the future as well. My water heater went down and I couldn't get the pilot to stay lit. Bradley came out and did an assessment and pointed out a possible cause but also pointed out a health hazard. He recommended a fix that would take care of both. But when the water heater still didn't come on he came back out the same day to help. He went way above and beyond to help a customer. These guys are going on my call list for anymore problems I have and if anyone asks for a recommendation.

Called Knight Plumbing to hook up my new sink and couldn’t have had a better experience. Job was done quickly, but most importantly done well. Plumber also walked me through how everything is now situated under the sink in case I ever needed to do anything. Also have a one year warranty on the work which gives me a ton of peace of mind.

Called me a handful of times but never left a message about the call. The plumber came to the house to look at our issue and said what she could do but it might not fix our issue. Still have to pay for their time which I understand but I’m not going to waste money on what could be done but might not work. Waste of time on my Saturday

We received great service. Brad and Andy were great to work with. Brad was patient with all my questions and was clearly knowledgeable about older homes like ours. We trusted them with fixing our tub clog. Pipes needed to be unclogged and replaced from the 1st floor ceiling, under the 2nd floor tub. We cut into the ceiling ourselves. We also needed some new tub parts. It was expensive but I think any other plumber would charge as much. We couldn't be happier with the results! They arrived when expected, after calling first, and the office was also great. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

With a finished basement and a sump pump over 10 years old, I knew it was time to have it replaced. Knight Plumbing did an amazing job with the install of the sump pump and back up battery system. Jacob (the service tech) was curtious, professional, and very knowledgable about the job. He never tried to push me for upgrades. Always letting me make the call on what I wanted to spend. Once I chose the unit, he informed me that he had installed plenty of sump pumps, but never a back up battery system> So he called in Brad for some guidance. Brad arrived quickly to help set the system up and advise on how it worked. Once up to speed with the unit, Jacob completed the install. Neve once did I feel the job would be compromised because this was Jacob's first battery back up install. He completed the job in a timely fashion and left me with a new ready to go sump pump. Thanks Knight plumbing, especially Jacob!

As many families do have more shower's to be taken then available hot water, that was also our issue until Knight Plumbing was able to eliminate this issue for our household. In discussing the issue with Dave Knight, owner, he quickly advised us of an affordable solution to solve our problem. He was able to schedule the work to be completed within the next two business days and installed a hot water tank booster that has since eliminated the need for us waiting for hot water. Dave was professional, informative, and delivered excellent service. I would highly recommend utilizing their services.

My mom and I called Knight to repair the parts in the back of our toilet. They sent out two employees same day. They carried tablets and showed us pricing in comparison to full replacement. We chose replacement. It was all done in two hours. The cost was very reasonable too. I’ll definitely work with them in the future!

My experience with Knight Plumbing was a positive one. Of course I checked feedback of other reviews and before making my appointment. From the time I scheduled my appointment with George to meeting the Victor was purely professional. Vic was on time and explained every step of the job as he went along from beginning to end. Our home is over 100 years old and you never know what you will find but Vic was patient. Price was given to me up front and reasonable...no surprises. We needed a new water heater and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Given a window of time to expect the plumber, then received a call...he could come early! That was great, we wanted to get things going. Bradley, our plumber, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had confidence in him. By the end of the day, we had a new water heater and felt great about the experience.

I wanted to use this company, but they have policies that make it impossible. I have an investment property in Milwaukee that needs plumbing repairs, but they are unwilling to work with me unless I travel to the state (I live out of state) and spend the day with them on site to authorize the repairs. That type of policy is completely unreasonable.

Andy came in, diagnosed the problem, told me how he would fix it, and did the job professionally and courteously. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable. When he encountered a problem, he quickly found a solution. The work he did was beautiful. Andy strikes me as a person who is very proud of his work and his profession. The service was timely, the plumber very good. The price, however, was more than estimated, and more than we would have expected to pay. But we were not in a position, water wise, to turn him away.

Great service, all around, from the crew at Knight Plumbing. They came in and replaced most of the old pipes in our basement, put in a new shower, and even setup a line to a new fridge. Our old home threw some curve balls at the team but they were able to work through the challenges and complete all of this in only one day of work. Very satisfied customer!

They fixed my issue so for that I’m grateful, however in order to diagnose the issue they charged $500 to cut a hole in my wall and say “yep it’s leaking.” Then at the end I needed a valve replacement which they had and were able to do immediately, which was great, so for points for that, however they slapped some sort of goo around it, didn’t caulk it professionally and said that it probably didn’t need it but that they just put some around it “just in case”. This is how my valve now looks. So they fixed my issue but now I have a different sort of issue although it’s only cosmetic. I would have hoped they had the proper tools to caulk this like normal if it truly needed it. Not just wipe some sort of sealer around it haphazardly. Disappointed that this was the end result.

These guys were amazing!! They were here and fixed our sink, a gas leak, and a flume issue with our water heater. They really know what they’re doing and will definitely use them again if we need more stuff fixed.

Called first thing Monday morning after water heater went out over the weekend. They arrived on time and within an hour of my call. They provided 3 different price options for replacement and explained all of the pricing and got to work quickly once I made my choice. While they were here, I also asked about drain and sewer cleaning. They were able to inspect and get my garage drains cleaned out and functioning normally again. Very great work and very professional. Would use again if the need arises.

Had a water heater die and Knight Plumbing was completely unable to give a ballpark estimate over the phone. Instead, they wanted to charge a $99 inspection fee to bid the installation job. I have used them in the past for emergency jobs and would only use them again as a plumber of last resort when the ambiguous pricing is less of a concern. When clear pricing matters, look elsewhere.

It was a big job, they started at 8 and finished about 1:30. The two gentlemen were very professional and explained to me almost everything they were doing. Was very impressed with Knight Plumbing services. When I called to schedule my non-urgent consultation, the receptionist was so friendly (George?), told me what to expect, and coordinated around my work schedule. I needed to have my dishwasher inspected after I attempted some quick fixes myself and didn't think they worked. Tanya the plumber was prompt and professional and was able to confirm that I did in fact fix the issue myself just needed some final verification and adjustment. I was very appreciative of her time and they did not charge me for the consultation as not much needed to be done. Was very happy and relieved as I was worried about any potential cost. Overall shows a lot about their character and will definitely think of them for any future plumbing needs. From start to finish, company was five stars!

The plumber I had (Martise) was great! He came in a timely fashion and did the the job with a courteous attitude. I appreciate it! I'm giving 5 stars to him. The only issue I had was the price. I'm a handy man and a Carpenter Foreman. He was here for an hour and changed a shut-off valve. The valve and copper tubing maybe cost about $50 and after an hour I paid about $330. I HAD to have a professional do my work because of condo laws and glad I had Martise finish it quickly, since the building water had to be shut off. All in all, I think that they have great service, but their prices are a little high. One hour here and a valve replacement equals $330. So, they pretty much made $250+ in an hour[minus the valve($20) and tubing(maybe $20)].

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I had a gas leak at one of my properties and Knight Plumping was able to solve the problem quickly by installing a new gas line. They were great at communicating to me the different options that were available so I could make a decision on how to best resolve my leaking gas line issue. If I need a plumber for any future repairs, I will call Knight Plumping because I know the job will be done quickly, correctly, and I will be able to communicate with them to find the best solution to resolve the plumbing issue.

I had a slow-draining tub. Called Knight plumbing and they were able to come out the very next day. I like that they gave me the 2 options and the price of each ahead of time so I could make an educated decision. The plumber handled the problem within 30 minutes. Everything is working great. Called about a tub drain that was draining slow. Martise arrived on time and gave us a quote which we thought was a good price. He was able to fix the problem quickly and then cleaned up the area he worked in. The cost was what we were quoted and the drain works great!!!! I called Knight Plumbing when I needed a corroded gas dryer line repaired. The receptionist was BEYOND wonderful--so friendly and communicative, helpful and understanding of what importance it was for me to have a functioning dryer with three young children at home who generate an incredible amount of dirty clothes. She dispatched Tanya to come out within a day, who was expertly professional. She repaired the line beautifully, and truly went above and beyond, installing my new dryer that the original delivery and installation company wasn't able to install because of the corroded gas line. She had me approve the cost beforehand, was thorough and detailed, and was friendly and agreeable about maintaining COVID precautions. So thrilled that I don't need to line dry clothes in the cold of November. I HIGHLY recommend Knight Plumbing--their professionalism, quality of work and friendliness is truly above and beyond.

I have worked with Knight Plumbing several times, and had a great experience with each! Most recent outing was last week with Andy. He worked in a tight space thru the ceiling of the neighboring condo below my shower to fix a leaking shower drain that was draining onto my neighbors ceiling. From a price standpoint, the price was fair and slightly below another estimate I had received from a competitor.

Called to schedule a pipe repair at 5:00pm. Person that took the call was very understanding and set up an appointment between 12:00 - 4:00 the next day. Plumber showed up shortly after 12:00 and was finished by 12:45.

Professional and reliable

Bradley from Knight Plumbing came over today for a clogged kitchen sink. They have a small hydro jet machine which was necessary for our grease filled pipes. It took some doing, be we were able to get our sink drain back to like new.

It was bad customer service. They came and didn’t even look at it for long. Said they couldn’t do it. And made us pay for them doing nothing. When they left, they left a really dirty spot where they parked. You can’t even wash the dirty spot out with water.

Plumber came and cut through walls to get to pipes and made 5 cuts through a bedroom wall all the way on the other side and doesn’t feel they are responsible for this. Refuses to respond to calls now. Not to mention they didn’t even clear the pipes they charged $1400 to clear.

This is the first time I am using Knight Plumbing. They not only replaced a faucet that was no longer working but they also explained why I had a leak in the tub area. I will definitely call them for future plumbing problems.

Kevin from Knight Plumbing did a great job repairing our pipe that was leaking in the water. He helped explain the issue and provided the quote on site to do the job in one visit. After reading horror stories of other vendors, I am glad we went with Knight.

Knight Plumbing is the new age of customer service that no other company has yet to match. They have on line appointment scheduling (!) AND service within 30 minutes (!!!). Every issue was effectively and satisfactorily dealt with on the same day. This company was about the customer and not the muscle of contractor politics. We called Knight Plumbing because we had water in our basement after a heavy rain. We are new, first time home owners and we were not sure what to do, so we setup an appointment with Knight.

Victor showed up to our home and we talked through what was going on. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did some tests to see what the issue was. He figured out it was blockage in our drain and explained how that happens. He then got his equipment and worked on the drain. He ended up clearing the drain and restoring the flowing water.

Victor was great during the whole experience. I explained to him that we were new home owners and wanted to know what was going on, so Victor took his time and showed me and explained to me everything that he did and how our house plumbing works.

We'd had a clogged drain in our bathroom sink for quite some time - it always drained slowly - even after Drano. We thought for sure we needed to have the pipes fixed. It was one one those, Ugh... Someday we should call someone about this tasks that gets away from you.
Tanya showed up right on time - in terrible weather conditions, I might add - professional on approach, masked, and went straight to it. She came down after working on it for a bit and reported the problem fixed; it was clogged pretty good.
Tanya insisted that we not pay since it was, no trouble for her.

We were fortunate to have Tonya come out to fix the heat booster for our hot water heater. Knight plumbing installed our water heater and booster about 3 years ago and offered to come out, free of charge even if the issue wasn’t covered under warranty, to see what the problem was! Knight Plumbing was punctual, prompt, and knowledgeable. While they were unable to address the underlying problem (very old house has a house trap that will require extensive remodeling), they were able to get the sewer line clear and explain the issue, as well as ways we could deal with the problem until we could get it fixed. The two plumbers (one master and one apprentice) were courteous and thorough in addressing the problem and the cleanup. We were grateful for clarity without condescension. I would use Knight Plumbing again.

I thought the toilet leak was coming from the water supply line. Andy checked that, flushed the toilet several times and found that it was actually a cracked wax seal. Upon removal of the toilet a hairline crack was found on the back of the water tank. The crack wasn’t visible from the inside but on the outside it was very obvious. Andy notified me of what he found and told me what needed to be done at every step. He was very empathetic, knowing that the small job I had anticipated resulted in having to replace the toilet. I found his work very satisfactory, he cleaned up everything and hauled away the broken toilet.

This was my first experience having to call a plumber; this company and the plumber they sent were professional and friendly. They do good work at what I thought was a reasonable price of which they gave me several choices. They're work is also guaranteed. We had two leaking showers, one that became a severe problem while waiting for a new part for the other shower to come in. While waiting for our next appointment, one of the showers started to run constantly a full force. I called Knight Plumbing as soon as I noticed the worse problem and they immediately came out to resolve the issue with both showers. They also discovered that they could fix the running shower with a repair part vs. replacing the whole valve assembly by cutting through the wall, saving us over $1000 in repairs! My wife also commented that the other shower is running even better than before the repair. Great job Knight Plumbing, thank you for the excellent service!

After a horrible experience for my washer install via plumbers from a major store chain, I contacted Knight Plumbing. The dispatcher was extremely courteous and professional and ensured she would have someone out as quickly as possible. I received a call on day of service asking if the plumber could arrive earlier than the initial time slot which worked out perfectly! Upon arrival, Tanya came in and viewed the problem, provided an upfront estimate, and was VERY PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL!!! She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services. I received a phone call and a text message letting me know a technician was on the way. Tonya arrived early (in the middle of a snow storm). She quickly assessed my old water heater and provided me with several replacement options. She clearly explained the pros and cons of each option with clear pricing. Once I selected my option (middle of the road) she provided a detailed price quote explaining the product, work, permits, and taxes/fees. The pre-work quote I signed was the final price I paid. Both Tonya and the gentleman who arrived to assist her with the removal and install were very respectful of my home and took great care coming in and out and going up and down the stairs. I did spend a little more than I had hoped to, but am confident I made the right choice based on Tonya’s advice and product explanations.

Next day service was quicker than expected. The service people Tanya and Andy were very knowledgable, professional and very nice. Their service should be recognized as it is not common to experience friendly, understanding and great quality. When they finished all 3 or 4 items were fixed and fixed well. I received a follow up call to check if all was well. It was a great value and i am very pleased. Thank you Tanya and Andy!!

Showed me the options and cost to fix it along with what they actually were going to do and why. Completed the work in a professional manor and timely fashion. Great feature was a video of before and after work provided by the company. Helps in understanding their great work ethic. Will definitely recommend to others. Also a pleasant surprise to see 1 of the employees was a former student of mine. Fun as a retired teacher.

Knight Plumbing was a referred service provider by HomeAdviser. I had a gas leak in one of my hot water heaters, and a slight issue with a toilet. Tanya arrived and resolved the toilet issue right away. She was efficient, kind and professional. The part for the hot water heater had to be ordered. George (I love the name for a girl!) called to keep me updated about the timeline. When the part arrived, it was scheduled for installation the next day, but instead, Tanya decided to get it installed that same day! What a plumber. She arrived, worked until it was installed and tested. I truly appreciate the teamwork this company demonstrates. This company is a keeper for my future needs.

We had a small emergency while installing a new washing machine that required an ASAP visit from a plumber to replace rusted water connection pipes. Knight had a plumber in the area who was able to respond immediately by phone and then in person to replace the pipes. Because I'm handicapped and can't get to the basement where the washer is located, he took before and after photographs to show me. The plumber was extremely personable, professional and had the job finished immediately. The price for the emergency visit was reasonable. I will definitely call Knight again.

Our friends recommended Knight Plumbing. They had used Knight for their sump pump. We needed a hot water heater. Roderick came to our rescue. He was professional and personable. He did a great job and was very patient with all the questions my husband asked. It had been 20 years since we last purchased a hot water heater. Your selection is made by viewing Bradford White hot water heaters via a tablet. Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday. Knight returned our phone call 7:30 Monday morning. It's been in for a week and we are pleased.

On May 10, 2022, Knight Plumbing came the same day we called.
The plumber brought along another person who was shadowing her. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. She replaced one pipe in the basement. She was here approximately an hour.
When she finished she claimed to have cleaned the wall and floor from the spillage of the liquid dirt that poured out of the old pipe. She stated that she cleaned up the floor and wall, but it was done “ship shod”. I have pictures to prove it! She shocked us by charging us $530 for her work. I was visibly upset. She stated that I should call the company and ask for my money back. Yeah, right! I saw other good reviews of this place, but now believe we were taken advantage of. I’m still steaming about this!!

Even though it was not an emergency, Knight plumbing was able to take care of my sump pump repair the same day I called. Andy was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me options for the sump pump replacement. He also answered general plumbing questions I had. Overall only took about 2 hours.

We've used Knight Plumbing twice and had a wonderful experience. From the appointment confirmation, to the call when they were on their way, the complete description of the issue and my options, and the professionalism of the work. Would highly recommend this company.

I don’t know how well they do their services but I was unsatisfied with just trying to get a price estimate. The woman i spoke to told me that they do not give prices over the phone but that there is a service charge for coming to my home. So if I don’t want to pay for a potentially expensive service I would have to still pay 99$ for them to come to my house? I wasn’t asking for an exact price, but anyone should be able to give an estimate or at least not charge for coming and giving me one.

I read over the lowered starred reviews after I posted mine and I can see that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I will give the company credit for responding to all their reviews and just want to clarify that I am not angry, but for a first time potential customer it is hard to have someone just come to your house with having no idea what the cost on a service will be. Also, whoever did answer the phone did not mention the service charge price till the end of the conversation which could have been an innocent mistake but from the customer’s perspective it doesn’t make us feel confident in your company.

*** first of all I made it clear that I was not upset at your company. However after reading your response I am. All I was trying to let you know is that it can be hard for a FIRST TIME customer to have someone come to their home without some kind of estimate. Every other company I called gave me one. It wouldn’t hurt for you to consider waiving that fee for first time customers. You make it sound like you give 2 cents about people but apparently it’s only to those people that give you good reviews. No one was knocking your service quality. It would have been nice for you to have been more considerate and kind to those who have concerns.

Jeremy was prompt in my request. The amp time to respond after sending out for service was prompt. Jeremy showed up ready to work and explaining all the details and what he recommended and was doing. He cleaned up after his job and explain the bill before collecting the fee. Would strongly recommend knight plumbing to anyone looking for professional prompt plumbing service. I forgot to get a business card but his information will be stored for future use.

I can't believe they were here in less than 30 minutes from the initial call! Both reps were super helpful, provided tips on preventative drain clog measures, and helped level the pipe to assist with the water flow. I've used Knight at my previous home, and looks like they'll be the go-to for this house. Thank you!

Terrible, deceptive service. Walked the (2) men in the basement, told them to replace old galvanized pipes. Next thing you know it, 1 of the 2 yelled something in the door and both had left without notice!! ... and later that week I got
a letter stating am I ready for them to do the work...then I saw multiple holes in the pipeline that was not there when the Water Company came months ago to start service...there were no holes

Professional, awesome service. Super happy with it! Had my sink unclogged, drain cleaned and a leak fixed and it is working better than it has in the 12 years that I have lived here.

Can't speak to their work, but their phone manner is awful. Just got off the line with the most condescending person I've spoken to in a long time. Maybe their work is great, and they have a lot of clients, because obviously they don't need any new business. Before speaking to someone like that imagine that it's your relative or loved one you are speaking to. Shame on you!

Hired Knight to install plumbing for a renovated kitchen (running water/waste lines to sink, dishwasher and fridge). While the technician was professional, quick and friendly, we were charged $2,700 for 1 person and under 8 hours of work. This may be typical for any plumbing outfit, but seems very high considering the manpower used. The worst part is that I was left with two leaks after the technician left. The service was done on a Friday and I did not notice until Saturday (I hadn't moved in yet). Tried to call for help, but no answer. I decided to fix the leaks myself. Maybe all these issues are typical when hiring a plumber, but I will definitely do more research before my next project.

Update: the initial review may have been a bit harsh. Again, professional service and a good scheduling platform. The price may have been high, but that’s to each customer to decide for themselves. They have reached out to try to fix the issues. I am sure Knight and their service platform is great for small plumbing jobs, but take caution with large projects as you have to pay $100 for the estimate once they arrive and quote (Note: they do waive this fee if you agree to service on the spot).
