Milestone is not your usual contractor. Jessie and her team are knowledgeable, prompt and wonderful to work with. We used them for a bathroom remodel a few years back and recently for a hot water tank service call. Alex did a great job of fixing a gas leak from our DIY repair. He was courteous and informative about what he was doing and provided options for service. Everyone needs a reliable plumber and Milestone is ours. We can’t say enough good things about them!

Had them out to solve a fairly major drainage issue. Vince did a great job of communicating on timing and pricing, the guys were efficient, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Called Dr. Plumber to give an estimate for our house. The price was over priced we called two days later to inform him we were going with another plumber. He stated we would have to pay for the permit even though we did not sign a contract or agree to the price. We had to pay the permit fee and a processing fee of $30! We was very rude on the phone and unreasonable. Would not recommend and from the previous reviews should have stayed away!

My Mom completely plugged up her Kitchen sink. I asked Flow - Rite to fix it, these folks quickly fixed it and treated her with the utmost respect. Mom specifically wants them to attend to all Her Plumbing needs.....can't argue with Mom!

This company is amazing!!!! They were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They were timely and they were very communicative. Mike was very good at communicating with me while his guys were working and he kept me in the loop. This is the ONLY company (after having talked to 4 plumbers and having 2 come to my house) that fixed my drain clog. I cannot say thank you enough for your outstanding service! Also, the guys who came to do the work were very professional and they cleaned up after their work was finished. I will gladly recommend this company to my family and friends.
