Nick did a great job of replacing 2 hose bibs on my house.

Totally pleased with the quick result received. Kitchen drain went from draining slow to completely stopped up. Tried to clear myself, but no result. Justin showed up quickly & took no time diagnosing the issue. Turns out the clog was deep in the stack, actually under the house. How he knew this, I don't know. But he was correct. I was amazed at how he could listen to water moving and decide at exactly what moment the clog was moving out. Would highly recommend. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & timely. All you could ask for.

Rick and Mike were great. They called before coming and were right on time. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. The installs of my toilets went smooth as silk. I called Michael with Plugged Pipes when my tenants were having trouble with their bathtub draining slowly. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly, take care of the problem, gave me and the tenants tips to keep the problem from developing again and was very reasonably priced. Needed help with a clogged drain and issues with our water system. Borth-Wilson came right out, cleared my drain and sourced the issues with our water system quickly. So pleased with the help received and look forward to working with them on our remodeling projects.

I will never use their service. Might I add the plumbers are courteous and kind. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix my leak issue. There were called twice to figure this out and I’m still having a leak in my toilet and having to use another plumbing company. They made sure to charge me on time but were not bothered if my issue was resolved.

I wouldn’t recommend them for your plumping needs.

Your plumber was very nice and personable, you took care to make sure that the problem was resolved and we walked away a happy customer. We would definitely use Dave Burns Plumbing again and I would never hesitate to recommend your business to anyone in need of a plumber.

We set up two appointments for quotes. The first time the contractor didn't show up and didn't call. He called the following morning with an excuse about not budgeting his time for a job and he couldn't make it to our house. No explanation provided for the lack of courtesy call The office called saying he was sick. We set up another appointment the following day. Once again he didn't show up and didn't call. There won't be a third appointment.

I'm not the happiest camper; (1) to even have to write this review, or (2) to try to be a supporter of the black community and the services that we as minorities offer. However, I must. I'm not very pleased with the service or the follow-up services provided by Roy's Plumbing. At my rental property I had a clogged bath tub. I called to request service and they came out as expected and the lady I talked to was very nice. She called me back later that evening saying it was a tough job and they were charging me $160.00 for it. I said, oh well....I needed it done. The next day my tenant calls me back and says that the tub is not fixed!!! I call Roy's plumbing back to inform them of it (this is when the issue begun). They told me that they would send a technician back and the technician, according to my tenant never showed up. It seems as if the company was going through some changes and there were multiple confusions about if the job was done or not. So, I call back a few more days later and they tell me in their system it says a person went back. This was incorrect. After almost a month now, the problem still hasn't been fixed and they had the nerve to say that they would need to charge me again........for the same repair because people clog them within days. As a company, I expect quality service and I did not receive this especially at the rate that I paid to unclog a bath tub that is still not done. Absolutely ridiculous! I WILL NOT be supporting Roy's Plumbing or recommending them to any of my other friends.
