Best Drain Line Repairs in Milwaukee WI

We had a plumber come out in late December to get rid of some tree roots in our basement pipes. They took 20 mins. and said they had completed the task. They charged us $370! March 15 we called that same plumber back and said we were getting sewage backup in our basement again. He said that he would come out again and would charge us the same amount. That’s when we called Tuffy’s. The customer service from the start was outstanding! The guys were here promptly for the appointment. They had a tough job ahead of them. Due to unforeseen circumstances they had to return the next day and dug out the root pictured below. We cannot thank the Tuffy crew enough! We will DEFINITELY be using you again.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. They worked late into the night but took care of everything with no additional charge for the rush order. THANK YOU KINSLEY LYNE COMPANY

Would highly recommend, worked hard all day to dig up, repair drain section and install clean out and re-hook up sink drain properly and fill in with rock and cement. Price was fair, Owner Jeff, his son and workers were very nice. Cleaned up nicely and we now have a working system! Thank you!!

rude bad customer service

I had a new toilet and both other toilets insides repaired. I was impressed with the professionalism of Eric, the Plummer. He was very knowledgeable, informative and even taught me how to use caulk. We have used Borth/Wilson for a couple years and find them very accommodating to our plumbing needs. I strongly recommend their services.

Called for repair of Furnace on 2/11/2022, NO heat 7 degrees out, as of Sunday 2/13/22 after several calls..NO SHOW DO NOT RECOMMEND

You more than likely will have a decent experience with Hagen. However, when things go wrong after the fact, that is the true test of a company's character/service. I would avoid Hagen.

Installation was done professionally and promptly. Will call them for any future Plumbing issues and would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing. Also noticed my basement tubs were draining slow and fixed that also. Very appreciated.

Daniel J. came to evaluate and fix our upstairs bathroom and why we weren't getting very good water pressure in that shower. He also updated the plumbing as it came into our basement. They were on time, courteous, and fixed only what really needed to be / should be fixed instead of also trying to do extra work that was not really necessary. When the work couldn't be completed on the first day because of the city needing to shut the water off, they quickly made arrangements to return the following day and complete the project. We would definitely call them again for future needs.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

I called Dr Plumber on Saturday morning due to a clogged kitchen drain and Steve was there within a couple hours to fix it. He was professional, friendly, and
reasonable for a weekend. I would definitely use them again.

Tim came out and fixed my problem in no time, where the other plumers ( I won't mention) I called before Tim wanted to cut pipes, thank goodness I got a second opinion 😳. I'll be using Tim's plumbing again in the future.

Used them once and was pleased but when made an appointment recently (10 days out) we didn't see anyone in our arrival window. When I called they said they couldn't' find me in their system and was not particularly nice about it
