I see a lot of good reviews on there, but my experience was not good. The person I spoke to set a meeting with me for the same day. Great, until he didn't show and then didn't answer his phone, return my message or text. The next day he called like nothing happened and said he could schedule an appointment with me. No thank you. Good luck to everyone else.

Thorough. Inexpensive. Responsive. Clean. I call plugged pipes every time I have any plumbing issue - from clogged sink/disposal not working to basement laundry tub. They respond quickly and get the job done. I am very happy with their service and price.

We're first time home owners and honestly completely clueless about much of the nitty gritty, plumbing included. Rozga was an excellent company to work with. We had a very leaky bathroom sink, leak into the basement from the toilet, and a slow drip kitchen faucet. The office was friendly and asked the appropriate questions and worked with our schedules to get an appointment on our time. Arnie arrived on schedule and efficiently analyzed our issues and explained all of our realistic options. He left with our immediate issues solved and helped us discuss a long term plan for dealing with our ancient plumbing. All questions were answered in a friendly manner and never felt stupid to ask, even the basic things. We paid exactly what we expected to pay. You never hope to need a plumber, but I feel much better having found an excellent one in a non-emergent situation so I know exactly who to call down the road.

Mike and company cleared a difficult plugged lateral pipe. The difficulty was not the type of clog but ALL the prep work and tools it took to clear the old cast iron lateral. Great job!

They were extremely responsive and able to come out as soon as I called. The plumber explained options and price points at every step and let us choose what we wanted. He didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need. I would recommend and use again.

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Please make sure you ask about the costs before they come to your home especially on the weekend as he charges double. He did not fix anything. Instead, he charged my family a large amount for coming to check the issue because it was, “Sunday and I charge double.” He was also very rude to me when I said absolutely nothing. “Do you work on Sunday’s?” This was none of his business. All we did was ask why he was charging so much. So, please do not contact him if you are not okay with disrespect, high costs, and bullsh*t.
