Jeff and JP were very good at explaining this very complex job to me.

Appreciated the quality work from Sewer Ninjas installing a lining in our sewer lateral. Resolved a problem that was an annual issue we had to deal with, nice to have piece of mind to no longer worry about tree root backup issues.

We needed our main line replaced due to root invasion. Sewer Ninjas did an awesome job. The video showed us exactly what the issue was & we were told exactly how they could help us. We are very happy with the work done. ** Bonus points because they also support WUWM public radio!!

We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

I am so thankful at how the whole company was fantastic to me and my wife. I am almost hesitant to say they have outstanding ‘customer service’ (they do!) because I have felt more like a friend or family member than a customer. I am just so happy with everything (all things considered!). Seriously, I couldn’t ask for a better company to help me and my wife during a stressful time. I was amazed by how timely everything happened, and how on time everyone was. When he said he’s be there at 2, he was there at 2. When he said he’d be back between 8:15 and 8:30, he was there at 8:24. I’m so grateful that we were not only able to get rid of the roots in my sewer line, but also to find out the ‘root’ of the larger problem. The video recordings also help in my understanding of what is really going on, and while I never doubted the assessment, it adds visible proof that they’re not trying to upsell anything. While I wish I didn’t have this problem at all, I have it nonetheless, and I am looking forward to working with Sewer Ninjas to do the work to fix it. I am confident in their abilities, professionalism, and expertise. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely a breath of fresh air. Serious problems with cast iron pipes in basement. Never ending problem. Searched web for alternatives. Sewer Ninjas came out, addressed the situation, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and knew their product. Waiting for quote but I know now what I'm up against and will post where I proceed and my decision.
Yes I went with Sewer Ninjas. Home owners, don't waste your time. If you have cast iron under your house, they are the ones you need.

We had excellent service when we ran into what we thought was a backed up drain and was proven to be a broken sewer drain pipe. Sewer Ninjas worked with us quickly to diagnose and fix our sewer with their unique no dig solution. I feel very confident in their pipe lining repair and this solution was very cost effective, considering what it would have cost us to replace the entire pipe (as opposed to lining). We would recommend them to ANYONE looking for sewer and pipe repairs. Recommendation is based on price, professionalism, and quality of the repair. 5 stars!

So far, I have had an inspection with Sewer Ninjas for a broken sewer line. The team was extremely professional. They walked me through the rough draft of the entire plan and have informed me that they will verify the plan and then get back. I will definitely be using their team to repair the sewer line and recommend them to others!

Everyone was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our living space. Eric and Chip came in with all their equipment and knew exactly where the problem pipe was in my basement floor. What I love most about their service, was how honest and personable they all were. I was so nervous, I thought it was going to cost a small fortune. Eric didn't try to over charge me becasue I am a female, that's how you know these are the good guys. I highly recommend Eric and Sewer Ninjas! The were very attentive and spend a good deal of time problem solving out very complicated and old sewer system. They came back several times to develop the plan and purchased equipment to address our problem. All the while they were friendly helpful and reassuring!

I could not be more impressed with this team. They helped us with one problem and helped detect another issue that had nothing to do with our sewage lines. We had two separate issues and didn't realize it. They were so professional and helpful.

I have known for the past 4 years I needed to do something about my sewer lateral for my duplex and wanted to be proactive. I have seen camera images over the years of the lateral, I saw the roots and off-set clay pipes plus i was getting backups about once a year. I knew from research I was going to have it relined and I started to call the few plumbers that do the work in the MIlwaukee area. I came across Sewer Ninja's in my searches and they offered me the best price. I liked them even more after the work began, they coordinated with my tenant and they sent my videos of the work before and after. There was also a question about a buried downspout and they did the research to determine where that was discharging. I would recommend them to anyone considering this for their home.
