Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Milwaukee WI

Donovan helped us out the other day. We needed a new water shut off valve and toilet. Fast and professional!

Tim's installed a toilet for my mother. The install was done poorly. Plumbers putty was used in place of the required wax ring. The toilet leaked making a mess of the basement and the bathroom floor. When she called Tim's they said they would get to it when they could. My 89 year old mother was going downstairs to the basement bathroom for days. When I found out about this I picked up the proper materials and installed the toilet properly. Tim's never did show up.

They were very quick and efficient and good customer service.. But definitely in the pricey side.

I used this company when my water heater started to leak. The entire experience was fast, easy and thurow. The communication between my self and company was easy to understand and everything question I had was explained in detail to me. On the day we had the water heater replaced Kevin P was our plumber for the project. He was extremely courteous and polite. He put down drop cloths on the floors so that he wont track anything in to the house and even cleaned the water stain on the floor from the old water heater. We he was finished installing the water heater, he gave us tips on maintaining it as well as other pipes/fixtures in the house. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

Can't recommend Ben enough. He is a super nice guy, very professional, and does a solid job. I get the sense that he is super busy, but he finds the time to get to what I need him for or points me to someone else that can get the job done if he can't get to it quickly. I've hired Ben at least 4 times and have been very happy each time.

A lifesaver!

Technician showed up late. serviced' 2 AC units in less than an hour, which has never been done that quickly in previous visits. Rushed out quickly to the next appt. I checked the units, didn't clean out external AC units from fall debris. Replaced parts on units without telling me why. Replaced one furnace filter, which costs double what I can get at Home Depot. All in $330 dollars.

Called service manager to address 'rushed' service and no cleanout. Told me, 'its hard to do' and it might cost me more. Reminded him that in all their previous visits, the cleanout has always been done. Replied that each technician does service differently, so there was nothing he could do.

I mentioned my service and purchase history with the company for the past many years, and have used them consistently across two properties, just trying to affirm that I am a loyal customer and not just a hard case looking for a price break.

Can't do anything more, unless you want to pay more I was told again. Case closed.

So i got to thinking, maybe it is just one guy. We've all experienced this and I hope in this case it is true. So buyers beware, if you read this, please ask ahead of time what tech is scheduled for your HVAC appointment. If it is Max, maybe, you should ask for someone else to avoid the hassle I endured. I learned an expensive lesson here, maybe you can avoid the same frustration.

Oh, and buy all your air filters online. They are half the cost of what I was charged by CB.

We were also assigned Carl's plumbing by American Home Shield (AHS). After reading the reviews I asked AHS to provide a different option for a plumber, but sadly they were unable to. It's amazing that an insurance company would rely solely on one contractor to service all of the Milwaukee area, and even worse to use one with such a poor reputation. I allowed Carl's to come out and provide a quote. They submitted the quote to AHS and then I was informed that it would cost me 4x more than what AHS would cover. I asked for a detailed proposal to confirm the work that was being proposed covered the entire scope of the work that needed to be done. It's been over 2 weeks, I have called AHS 3x and Carl's plumbing at least 3x, and I still have not received the detailed proposal. Clearly, they were only interested in the $75.00. What a scam. I will make sure to tell anyone interested in plumbing work to avoid Carl's at all cost.

Blake was awesome. It was pouring raining and Roys Plumbling still came out to fix the issue my husband and I were having at one of our rental properties and was on time. I over paid and got a call back from management letting me know right away that I had counted out too much. I really appreciate the honesty and customer service that was provided. I will definitely continue to do business with Roys Plumbing.

Very disappointing experience - had them use a camera to record our sewer lateral, only to find they couldn't fit us in, didn't reply to multiple messages and the video didn't have footage which left it useless for trying to work with the city on their damage to our line. We had to pay for 45 min of travel time (despite the fact it is 15 min away from our house). Over $600 wasted.

These guys are fabulous! They came out on a Sunday and took care of a very messy situation.

Called and received a response within 15 minutes and resolution of my problem in about 90 minutes from initial call.
